This movie managed to get the motion capture right when the Polar Express did it so wrong. That’s just what six years will do. As for what game I would personally like to see from the both of you, one of the Paw Patrol games because of their new movie coming this Friday.
I think it’s more wild that this and Rango had really good motion capture…and then Disney years later can barely make a decent motion capture when they would have sadly outdone this movie with their stupid name alone. I’m really sad we never got a sequel, though there was one in the works I believe.
I remember BEGGING my parents to get this game when I was little, I played it for hours on end, the minigame where you play as Haddock's ancestor always cracked me up because of the amount of made up swears per second you'd get if you just waved the Wii remote like crazy. (yes, this was on the Wii as well)

I grew up in England and Tintin is still a weird ass name 😂I'm actually very surprised that it's only for the English version and that he's not just called Tintin globally seeing as it doesn't even remotely resemble an English name. "Tim" would have made a lot more sense lmfao. It makes me wonder what the reason was for changing his name to Tintin because it can't have been to make it more familiar to an English speaking audience because it's not an English sounding name. We don't have any names that are just repeated like that.

And the movie was awesome! Glad the boys here are both fans and that the game is actually good. And now, a quick fun fact: Snowy's original French name was Milou-an abbreviation of Marie-Louise-and was borrowed from the nickname of Hergé's (TinTin's creator) first girlfriend, Marie-Louise Van Cutsem. The translators thought that a French product wouldn't sell well in an English market. In order to make it seem less French, they decided to Anglicise the names quite a bit. Futhermore, "Snowy" was chosen not just because the dog is white, but also, it takes up roughly the same amount of space in a speech bubble as "Milou".

Love the mix of different camera angles - while the majority of the game is a side-scroller platformer pretty much, also loved the amazing transitions in 3rd person gameplay style. It's certainly fun, the combat, the environmental puzzles, the levels! The story was compelling, just as in the original movie too!

its a great game for me , used to play with my brother that went to military school at the time, he was rarely at home so i spend my time with him playing coop games and thats why i love it so much. now we're adults rarely see each other, it reminds me the times when everything was simpler
One of those elusive 3D ps3 games…. Few have actually played PS3 in 3D, but I HAVE. Back in 2013, my mom bought a new tv for the livingroom, and it happened to have 3D capabilities. So i got to play black ops 2, and Mortal Kombat 9 in 3D, which actually looked quite good.

I myself made an entire Tintin comic, it took me a year. the style is quite hard to imitate well. THIS game never ran on my pc. I do have it, still, but on the old one, it couldn't run, and the new one is too new for it :DDDDDD the movie was VERY good. once you get used to how the characters look, you'll love it. I highly recommend it. as for the Steam category...there was a time, when a horror game I follow was h_ntai, so nothing surprises me anymore. the community can modify those!
I actually own this for the wii although I don’t remember any of the side scrolling sections i think they were replaced with finding clues around areas although there was a extremely enjoyable sword fighting mini game

One little note, the developers of the new Tintin Game wrote in the comments of their trailer not to play the game at launch. It's full of bugs, and so they will update the game over multiple weeks

If I may make a suggestion/recommendation, I would love to see you guys play Magic Pengel (if you haven't already). It was this really weird Pokemon clone on the PS2 where the main gimmick was that you could draw your own monsters. I never got very far in the game when I was younger, but I thought it had a very creative concept and the badly-translated signs were hilarious (Nothing like going to the market to buy some "Flesh").
I remember going into Sam’s Club a lot when I was younger (basically a wholesale store with a variety of things you could buy) and they’d usually be advertising their 4K TV’s with Tin Tin playing. Ngl, at that resolution the animation is so crisp that it actually looks very close to being real and not in the uncanny valley creepy way.

Tintin good stuff is the animated series. I watched it so much when I was a kid in Brazil. Love it. And its so well made and has a crazy good music score. So if anyone has any curiosity about Tintin go for the animated series instead the comic or the movie.

I remember going into Sam’s Club a lot when I was younger (basically a wholesale store with a variety of things you could buy) and they’d usually be advertising their 4K TV’s with Tin Tin playing. Ngl, at that resolution the animation is so crisp that it actually looks very close to being real and not in the uncanny valley creepy way.
I'm a big Tintin fan because of the Spielberg movie, then the 90's animated series and comics, one of my favorite from childhood. There's a Tintin game for PS1 too, you should play some day. 😁

Tintin good stuff is the animated series. I watched it so much when I was a kid in Brazil. Love it. And its so well made and has a crazy good music score. So if anyone has any curiosity about Tintin go for the animated series instead the comic or the movie.
