Thank you yet again for sharing so much of your models and work. From the very simple reciprocating to the multiple-linkage motion and that 'planetary gear' model. Always enjoy watching the motion of these.
I've watched this video many time but for me the best looking engine it the one at 4:34 it is just wonderful to watch it! Make me feel relaxed the beam engine after it is good as well (but not as good)
I like all the stationery steam engine models you've made but I have to wonder... Have you ever made or thought of making a triple expansion Marine engine that would normally be used in ships ? I'm asking because I recently had the chance to visit a liberty ship over in Baltimore Maryland and was able to see it Steam Plant up close and it was very fascinating to me
At home on my sofa watching on my laptop is as close as I'll ever get to these beautiful machines. Thank you!
It's mesmerizing and relaxing watching these engines run. They're fascinating.
Glad you like them!
Beautiful! I love the beam engine at 5:00 / 5:55, just lazily doing its thing with no great hurry.
watching the rest of the World go by ..........

They are usually my Customer's models. My own collection is quite modest.

Mesmerizing then the sight and sound of a steam engine.
Always enjoy seeing these. Some beautiful engines. Thank you.

Always fascinated by these engines. Thanks Keith
What is the engine at 4:58 with the geared arrangement on the crankshaft?
It is called a Hypocycloidal engine.
Beautiful pieces of art
large variety amazes me
Great film thank you.
Love all the different engines :)
What is the engine with the planetary gear arrangement?
Very nice engines Keith. 😊
it looks really nice but is there any practical use for the planetary gear one
Please Google Murray Hypocycloidal Engine.
@@keithappleton thanks, interesting stuff
Wonderful video!
Lovely engines as usual Keith. I have simple question, what is the material you use you insulate and wrap around the steam piping on these models?
