Don’t apologise or worry about shopping at Ocado. I have a weekly delivery from them for exactly the reasons you mention. ( A neighbour piggy-backs on my delivery) Your hauls give me ideas on new things to buy. I love the quality of M&S food and am prepared to pay a bit more for that quality. xxx
Nice shop again love, I went to Sainsbury's last week & was happy with what I got. I went to a farm shop with my Daughter in law last week too & got some meat. Lilac is getting so like Flossy now 😊 Thanks for sharing love, & I'm pleased you're feeling better xx
Take the spartone first thing in the morning with fresh orange juice as it absorbs much better ( before any tea or coffee . Its the best iron suplement …. Beatifamily ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Little Lilac is such a beautie ❤ I do like to shop in Sainsbury’s now and again, the nearest one to me is 7 miles away, so my shopping tends to be from Aldi & Morrisons, we had a small M&S food hall by us but it closed and became a Tesco but I do love food from M&S, love watching your food hauls Laurien, I think you got a fair amount for your £107. I hope the tonic does you good and you will start to feel less tired x x x
Always love your shopping hauls always get new ideas of things to try pasta evangelist if so yummy ..lilac growing fast now and wow 8 weeks left with new baby bet your all so excited look after yourself ❤ xx
So glad the spatone is helping, I don’t know how you manage with so many kids I’m struggling with tiredness and only have one & one on the way. Hats off to you your doing incredible xx
Thank you so much for the suggestion and it just gets easier honestly when I had 1 and then two I needed a nap in the days but I think you just get used to it after a couple of children it just seems easier one day and sleep just isn't needed as much. Thank you so much 🩷🩷
Glad u feeling better, you do look & sound much better. Don't apologise for shopping where you want to shop. It's nothing to do with anybody where you shop, how much you spend etc. Honesty some people can be so rude & judgemental & it's really none of their business. I've never shoped at ocado but it's nice seeing what other shops have / flash sales etc & gives other people who maybe want to try a different store a preview. Meals sound really nice especially the loaded nachos. I've made your loaded fries before they were so nice. On my meal plan for this week ( I food shop tomorrow) is tandoori chicken ( I've made my own tandoori spice rub ), crumpet sandwiches ( I make my own crumpets thought these sandwiches as a meal would be nice with hash browns & baked beans), pulled pork 1 night with mac & cheese, so just few things got to plan for the other nights yet laurien !!
Ah thank you so much I'm always worried I'll offend people and I think I do sometimes. I never mean to. Ah I havent had loaded fries in ages I must make them soon! Oh wow crumpet sandwiches sound delicious!! Xx
Alwayes lovely to watch you laurien sorry you've be feeling ill dr should give you your iron 😢 beautiful lilac so cute 😊 great haul it's nice to try outher supermarkets take care x
Hi I just watched your shopping video, I watched it on RUclips most things I watch on there, I shop in sainsburys most of the time I do like sainsbury it is quality the food, I don't really shop anywhereelse, I use the fairy condioner I like it, I have been using it for a while, I use the fairy pods they are good to, I never use soap powder because it blocked my pipes up of my machine, So late husband had to sort it out,
Hi, yes we love Sainsburys I said to Curtis let's go to Tesco and he said could we do Sainsburys he loves it. I think it's fairly priced too really. Tesco isn't so cheap anymore. I remember you saying about the powder and I even thought it when I picked it up but its so much cheaper than capsules but then I guess it isn't in the long run when the pipes clog.
In Scotland the Scottish government make sure they allocate money from the Scottish budget to give everyone free prescriptions. No one pays for a prescription here, they’re free to everyone always. Free sanitary towels or tampons to anyone who needs them; free school dinners and an extra allowance during school holidays to make sure your child is fed a decent lunch; the Scottish government know that children learn better when their brains are nourished. They also make sure school children are given an extra clothes allowance for their school uniforms. Obviously university fees are scrapped too as education is a right for every child regardless of class. Aye I’m proud of our wee Scottish government. It’s not perfect but they spend their money to ease child poverty instead of giving tax cuts to the rich like Westminster. 🙂 …and don’t justify your shopping bill or Ocado shop because you’re nourishing your babies…that’s something to be proud of. ❤️xx
Me and Curtis found this so interesting. Also what's better with Scotland is when you buy a house you can't be messed about as easily as in England with people being able to back out and mess up a lot of people! I agree with you they seem great! Aw thanks so much 🥰🩷xxx
@@OrdinaryEnglishMum bailifs are also against the law up here. The Scottish government sometimes get criticised because of the free baby box full of everything a child will need for the first 6 months of its life. The box also has a mattress that can be used with the box if the mother finds she isn’t in a position to afford a cot. It’s free to every mother regardless of income which infuriates a lot of people, but as the Scottish government have pointed it out, it would cost more money in administration fees to means test the box, it’s actually cheaper to allow everyone access to it, they’ve actually looked into this cost. They also say iit helps reduce stigma against families who need help as everyone is in receipt of the box therefore every child is equal when born creating a more fairer society.’ I think that sentiment is lovely. Children are precious, no child should suffer and be stigmatised because of their families position in society. I’m happy for my taxes to go towards ending child poverty instead of giving tax breaks to the rich. Since that bunch of Tories have been in power Scotland has seen a large increase of people south of the border moving here to live; I don’t blame them lol. 😂 xx
Also a second for spatone. So much less harsh on your tummy. I had really low iron with my first and for the rest too spatone and it was fine. Take it with vitamin c like orange or apple juice.
Ah perfect someone else said to take it with orange too. Do you mix it into it? Haha I would more if I'm on my own but I was with Curtis so it wasn't such a fun browse for me 🤣
@@OrdinaryEnglishMum yeah I mix it. Then you can’t taste the metal as much. I think you’re supposed to take it 30mins before and food or water. I think if I remember you can take two when your pregnant
@raisingtherodgerson2244 yes it does say take two and I wondered what the weird taste was I said to Curtis it makes me feel like I'm drinking blood 🤣 definitely getting some orange juice thank you
I think 107 for a family of 7 is good 👍 do what works for you 😊 I prefer going into the shops, and I like to go to different supermarkets too, but it's not always fun with 3 kids in tow 😅. I somehow fund an online shop stressful, I'm notnsure why 😅 xx

Yes it's called Spatone. Is the one you take tablets? I was told its best not to take tablets and liquid is gentler xx

I think its swings and roundabouts in supermarkets there is no such thing as a cheap shop these days !!!
