It never ceases to amaze me. Im proud to say Ive been a Jackie Evancho fan since the day they aired her first performance on AGT. Since then Ive sang her praises and promoted her to all my family and friends and to any strangers that would listen to me. Im a 40 year old man. I consider myself a man's man, however I have no shame in admitting that I get misty eyed when watching certain movies. Music has never had that effect on me. That is until the day I watched Jackie sing. And it doesn't matter that Ive watched her videos on YT a thousand times, by the end I have tears running down my cheeks. Its unreal.
Is she Jackie? Oh my God! The voice, the charm, the bashfulness and the purity, very very special!
she's grown so. I keep thinking of when she sang in that Massachusetts competition, wearing those flip flops with the flower in her hair; and she made the lady MC cry. Look at her now. Wonderful.

Would you expect anything less? Lisa Evancho is a beautiful woman! The fruit doesn't land far from the tree! Little Rachel is going to be a real heart breaker when she gets older too! Mike's going to have his hands full chasing the boys away for the next few years LOL.

Totally agree with you McDowell, she also wears clothes for her age etc. What helps too :). She doesnt overextend with stuff what isnt needed because she is allready beautiful without all that extra stuff. Youre the best Jackie, keep it up! We love you ❤

Such a beautiful young woman she's becoming already - reminds me of how short childhood is.
Saw her perform this in Portland OR, 11-30-13, she wore this gown. It's gorgeous, as is she. I'll never forget this concert. The Oregon Symphony that backed her was absolutely excellent as well. Electricity filled the hall with her first step on stage, and didn't end until she finally sang her last song and left the stage. Hard to believe she can get better, but she shall!

What's scary is watching Jackie's beauty starting to match her voice. And we all know her voice is not matchable.

My dear Mr Carmel, Chastity rings, also called promise or purity rings, associated with Christian spirituality, are a symbol of rebellion against what many consider the overly sexual American youth culture. Jackie wears it proudly out of her own choice and is part of her deep Catholic beliefs. I think you need to respect and admire that not chastise her or her family for it, or would you prefer morally repugnant Miley Cyrus type behavior? . After all, her purity IS a big part of her charm.
