    to any of you wondering how we have this footage: satelite transmitters either in japan our south korea can pick up the transmission from pyongyang and allow for them to view it considering we cannot get them in north korea.

      It's clearly written in the title that this is from 2006.
      The latest one is a lot different and modern than this.

      @@elitecereal It's Juche 110. And they literally mention the year 2021 besides the year in Juche. They even celebrate New Years.

      Read the title, they used this opening until 2006
      Lots of TV stations used these kinds of graphics up until the late 2000s.
