Morevoer, even when they are technically the same, when you go to chilean supermarkets you can buy dulce de leche and manjar as different things. Although I don't find much of a difference, maybe in the texture a bit, but they are marketed differently, because it is sort of understood that if it says dulce de leche is made in Argentina or in the argentinian style and if it says manjar, it's chilean.

I myself have been using Duolingo and while I've been back and forth over the years, I've been committed to brushing up on my French every day this past month! This definitely motivated me to keep going and I'll definitely be learning Spanish next! Love that the two of them have been learning as much as they have while having fun. Roberto and Gabi are absolutely hilarious and have both made great improvements! It's also sweet to see how proud Mama is!

Soy español de España, y Gabriela habla español muy bien. Su acento es muy bueno, es difícil abandonar tu acento nativo cuando aprendes otro idioma y ser capaz de dominar ese nuevo acento. Solo le falta un poco de fluidez para parecer nativa, porque el acento ya lo ha ganado. Pero se nota que ha aprendido mucho últimamente. Hace poco no hablaba español de esa forma. Enhorabuena, sigue aprendiendo.

Wow I'm from Spain and I'm impressive Whit Grabriella speaking Spanish obviously she have some mistakes like when she tries to say in Spanish "have fun" it's not "tiene divertida" it's pasarla bien that was a very literal translation ; but in general it's very well . Gabriella if one day you see this very good Duolingo it's working .
This is great! They have awesome pronunciation and it's wonderful that they decided to learn Spanish on their own. However, having two Spanish speaking parents, it saddens me that they didn't learn their language as little children. It would have been so much easier and speaking multiple languages opens up so many opportunities!
