  • The 2023 Bentley Continental remains an outlier in the ultra-luxury segment, as sedans remain the traditional option, while SUVs are where the real sales volumes are at these days. So, that leaves large coupes and convertibles on the less desirable end of the scale.
But you can't exactly describe the Continental as 'undesirable'. Arguably, it's anything but. After all, it combines style with a genuine high-end feel that only so many brands are able to deliver.
That said, in this expert review, CarsGuide Contributing Journalist Stephen Ottley puts the Continental GT coupe's newer V8 S variant to test to find out if it can do more than just out-luxury a Porsche 911, because if it's to justify its lofty price tag, it should also be amazing to drive.

If you can afford this car in the first place, who cares about depreciation? Would be just a very minor annoyance. A rather moot point you bring up.

@@birreboi can afford it and there are better options then this pit. Just because you can afford something doesn’t mean ine should be wasteful. Being wasteful will never bring you to owning one. I brought it up because its my opinion just like you have one.

    Do these compete with 911s?

No. His reference being Bentleys 911 was referring to the subtle changes to it's design which is similar to the 911

Very ‘ageist’ comment at around 7.16 regarding older drivers and touch screens. I am of a certain age and I and others I know are very happy and effective in using touch screens thank you ‘young man’ . 🤬😊😊

Yeah but you cant get it up which is even worse than touch screen incompetence.
