I just received one of those scam replies on my comment to you. Unfortunately, I am unable to see it outside of the drop box of my notification bell. I usually tell people so they can warn their viewers.
I laughed at the appearance of your friend with the hammer & the accordian ! Loved her parting line as well. Best of luck finding all those smashed beads !
I am going to be pedantic. It was a concertina. At least I hope I don't have it confused. It is a cool little instrument. Sometimes, I think I should get one even though I am not at all musical.
For any Americans watching, you can purchase the "screw bowl," she shows at 13:34 from 'Harbor Freight'. It is called a magnetic part holder & it is cheap ! Only a few dollars when I bought it a few years ago. I LOVE not worrying about a needle or pin going lose as I have pets ! And I like to walk barefoot, too !
I have 3. 1 for the cutting table, 1 for next to the sewing machine amd 1 by the ironing board. Absolutly the only way I have managed not to stab my feet constantly.
I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this dress! It looks just like the inspiration, and I was so worried about the gold beaded overlay to take away from the beautiful fabric underneath, but you pulled it off! Especially with the difficult shape of the bustle, it is truly impressive. The necklace is really cute too, that is literally jewerly, you can actually buy something like that, and see it in historical paintings. Long live the golden moth! (no really, in 2000 years, someone will dig that up and be truly impressed and happy to have a dna sample from 2024!)
OMG, that was fantastic! The dress is stunning, and the bead-smashing box was genius. Ariel, you have a wonderful sense of humor, and I love it! Congratulations on 100,000🎊🎊🎊🎊
I love the base fabric so much... The dress came out beautifully and so did the necklace! I must also say I am VERY interested in seeing you destroy it! And congratulations on 100,000 subscribers! You deserve so many more!
I found you on TouTube after watching Bernadette Banner’s video. I’m so glad l did. I love watching you create your projects and l love that you have such a cute personality. I think the cat that shows up now and then should have a name. 🐈 Thank you for the tip about the magnetic bowl that holds your pins, now I’m enjoying one too. All my best wishes on your channel.
The dress is gorgeous, so much work but well worth it. Really felt for you when the seam allowances were out and you had to unpick them. Btw I love your new channel name, and congrats on 100k
The dress is stunning. I am not sure I can watch it be destroyed. Your friend is really fun and so sweet. And last but not least, "not my cat". The perfect snooperviser.
As someone who makes bead-woven jewelry, I nearly had a nervous breakdown watching you smash all those beads! LOL, seriously though, I'm jealous of your sewing abilities. My mother is a great seamstress, but not on your level I think. That turned out beautifully!
Absolutely bloody brilliant! I love the dress, i love all the cool tricks and tips, and the moth necklace is the kind of attention to detail im here for. I'm devastated you're going to destroy it, but destiny calls i guess! Congratulations on your RUclips milestone. 🎉 You're fantastic, and so inspiring.
This dress is just stunning. When I saw the GORGEOUS bias cut work on the dress in the film I was just in love. I couldn’t believe they covered that stunning fabric work with the moths! I always thought it was a crime to cover that stunning bias work! You crushed it as always! ❤
*Would it be too much to ask that you recreate more dresses and costumes from the movie and make it a series? I feel like every single one of them is beautiful and I'd love to see it if you make it happen 😳✨*
I love Cruella! It's defiantly one of my favorite movies. The music, setting, and outfits made the entire movie. I love your version of the golden moth dress! Maybe one day you could try to make the other dresses.
Congrats on the 100k!! You deserve it. I watch Cruella at least once a week (I have a problem, I know). You did such an excellent job! Thank you for the video 🎉
That dress is stunning and not going to lie, I am sad that it will be destroyed because it is so beautiful. Also, your willing friend is hilarious. Congratulations on your subscribers 🍾
Congrats on the well-deserved 100k (102k by the time I'm posting this!) subscribers! Your videos are always highlights of whatever day I happen to see them in. I particularly love your reveals! And the interactions with your friend/guest star were wonderful. Thank you for being a marvelous creator!
yaaaayyyyy!!!! I was getting scared you were lost and suffocated at the bottom of a giant quicksand pit of embroidered scales! :) ALSO: CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!! You deserve it! I hope you get MILLIONS more subscribers.
Yay! Congratulations on 100K! I've been watching since you started, and so excited to see your growth, both in your channel, buying your home, and seeing your confidence soar from where you started. I can't wait to see what you do next.
So get some duochrome nail polish and some pistachio shells. Clean the shells, poke holes on them and paint them with the duochrome nail polish. It would look like the cocoons without using real bugs.
So proud of you for 100K!!! You deserve all that and more! Loved the cameo by your friend XD The dress turned out absolutely stunning. When you let your hair down in the reveal, you looked very Jessica Rabbit!
Okay, a few things I was SERIOUSLY impressed by. 😍 1. Connecting the cups via a zigzag stitch is freaking brilliant. ❤ 2. I need one of those pin magnets, ASAP! 3. The sanding box is one of the most clever things I have EVER seen. I do power carving with my Dremel and have glasses, which makes my goggles fog up. I have frozen my butt off before, standing in the cold as I power carved in the middle of December, barely able to see what I'm doing. These tips, especially the last one, will honestly save the day in the future! (And I am going to share this video with my mom, because she works with UV resin. 😂)
Little fun fact: moths don't eat fabric! Their larvae do! Moths and butterflies do not have the tools to eat anything, they just drink liquids (nectar, juices, blood... you name it). So the crysalis on the dress would really have done nothing except leave the one golden dress look a lot less loustrous after they hatch. But the moths would most likely have starved before being let out of the vault.
Wow, that dress is absolutely lovely!! You did a beautiful job on the reproduction and it fits perfectly. I love how you problem solve and use materials you have on hand. I can’t imagine destroying the dress, but I’ll be here for whatever’s next!!! Congratulations on the 100k!!
I absolutely love that you made something beautiful out of the little dead mouse, and found a way to add in scraps in the project that would otherwise be trash I love doing stuff like that do
Oh Ariel, congratulations on the 100k! I remember finding you when you only had a couple of thousand subs and being unable to believe you didn't have more - and here you are! You deserve every single viewer and more, our wonderful creative maniac genius.
GORGEOUS!!!!! This is the first time I saw that dress been on a life body!! Of course it is not the exact dress but still!! I wonder why nobody wore the original dress to met gala or oscars or grammy or whatever awards out there. The dress is GORGEOUS!!! Yours too!!
Congratulations on hitting 100,000 subscribers! I love doing crafts but don't have the time so I live vicariously through your channel. I love that you include the weird and whimsy in everything you do and aren't afraid to show your mistakes. So excited to see what you do in the future!
the hammer method is probably the fastest (and I think I heard somewhere the safest for the fabric) but it hurts to see the pretty pearls smashed Dx I think I would have carefully cut away every individual pearl. No matter that is takes months to do so without harming the fabric
The dress is gorgeous!!! Thank you for making it! I love how you make amazing incredible gowns like this look “easy” to make and “do-able” for us home seamstress! Definitely need to try some of these now 😝 added to my “need to make” list lol this I think is my favorite thing you’ve made so far! Which is saying a lot because your items are SO incredible.
It's so cool to see you feeling well on a sewing project ! I'm so happy that you took the time you need to make a project of quality and fun ! You really made a good choice by reducing your video rate. Keep going easy
That box is so smart. 😮 I don’t know what I would use it for currently, but I am keeping it in the back of my mind for future projects. Thank you for inspiring me!!
ommmggg je meurs de l'apparition de aluota, vraiment le "abonnez-vous, au revoir" pourrait devenir l'écran de fin des vidéos tellement il est magique XD Superbe la robe, j'ai adoré le making of !!!

Crrrroisawn 😊🥐 your costumes are not silly , they are your art, and your creations are beautiful , it’s wonderful to have found your channel.
I just received one of those scam replies on my comment to you. Unfortunately, I am unable to see it outside of the drop box of my notification bell. I usually tell people so they can warn their viewers.
The dress is brilliant. PLEASE don't destroy it.
The items you make are better than some high fashion brands
Yhea she could sell it
Petition for more appearances by the willing friend!
I think it's the third time she is in a vidéo 😉
Yes please😄
She was great!
Yes, came here to say that. The chemistry and the antics is excellent content.
An ICON! 😻
The moth necklace is reaaaaally cool
Hammer Girl Aluota is proof that Girl Power is awesome in any language!
The dress is GORGEOUS!!!
I laughed at the appearance of your friend with the hammer & the accordian !
Loved her parting line as well.
Best of luck finding all those smashed beads !
It's this hammer time of the year
I am going to be pedantic. It was a concertina. At least I hope I don't have it confused.
It is a cool little instrument. Sometimes, I think I should get one even though I am not at all musical.
@@tiffanysandmeier4753 Always up for knowledge ! Now off to Google "difference between accordion & concertina"
@@tiffanysandmeier4753 Hey, I appreciate the knowledge ! I we t and Googled the difference!
It’s nice to see the neighborhoods supervisor 🐈 keeping you company during your projects🥰

They also sell a wide magnet on a broom handle for getting things up of the floor. Fantastic for saving feet!
I have 3. 1 for the cutting table, 1 for next to the sewing machine amd 1 by the ironing board. Absolutly the only way I have managed not to stab my feet constantly.
They gave them at any hardware store! I use them for pins, bobby-pins, any screws or bolts I don’t want to lose.
For England peeps my dad has similar I think it's from tool station
We use them in the horse world too for keeping corks\studs in (they screw into horse shoes so they can grip on grass especially when jumping)
Congrats on 100K! You deserve it. You make such cool stuff.
Never heard a more apt description than Sunshine Goth😂
Now I wanna make a D&D character with that personality… a goblin or maybe a lich 🤔
😮 The Sanding Box! The Sanding Box! This will change my life! Thank you so freaking much!

The necklace makes it for me. Great extra nod to the movie! Always here for silly costumes made by an expert!

Thanks for the tip on the "sanding" box. I sometimes use a dremel, and this is a great idea !

This is like the Nerdforge channel but make it fashion ✨

Dead gorgeous!! And necklace with moth made me rise my eyebrows with admiration. :D
Moth necklace. Iconic. And very Cruella like.
Epic. Great job as always. And I love how you added the moth :D
I love the dress, it’s a faithful recreation with some minor differences. Cruella was a fantastic movie.
Oh how I've been waiting for someone to recreate this gown. 😍😍
OMG the moth in broken beads looks so coooooooool
GORGEOUS!!!!! This is the first time I saw that dress been on a life body!! Of course it is not the exact dress but still!! I wonder why nobody wore the original dress to met gala or oscars or grammy or whatever awards out there. The dress is GORGEOUS!!! Yours too!!
I LOVE the eyelet mockup idea!
I love your asthetic and attention to detail so much, it's amazing!
Absolutely love your friend! 😂😂😂
Also in your reveal you made a pose reminding me of the painting Madame X
The way my eyes lit up and bulged out of my head when she walked into her costuming room
My overzealous self wants to do this but also make beads out of paper and spray paint them gold to mimic the beading in the movie🤦♀️😂
Congratulations on hitting 100,000 subscribers! I love doing crafts but don't have the time so I live vicariously through your channel. I love that you include the weird and whimsy in everything you do and aren't afraid to show your mistakes. So excited to see what you do in the future!
