@@sanyadarakhshankishwar5364 ma'am,
If I apply for LLM in USA, how do I send all these transcripts together to LSAC (school, college, university LLB and LLM are from 2 different universities)?
Do these have to be sent from the university office or can I send myself?
Thank you.
You can send them directly as well or ask your university office to send them. Either works.
This session is by far the best thing that I've heard this year. Sanya Ma'am is such a humble human being. I wish she had a RUclips channel, through which, we as viewers could get educated so much and for such sessions, even if it's a paid one, every penny would be worth spending. Lastly, huge thanks to Anushree for taking the interview and all the best to her and tons of thanks to Sehaj Sir because of whom this entire thing took place.
Thanks a lot, Allen! Will surely think of having a channel. If at all, I do, it will be accessible for free :)
@@sanyadarakhshankishwar5364 I'm sure ma'am you'll get ample amount of subscribers in no time because people are actually craving for such authentic and significant content.
Any time is right time to further your career. I have gone into LLM program at age 50! I am loving it and enjoying it too… away from my family… living with other students in school dorm!😀
Yay!! More power to you 💪Completely agree, learning has no age bar.
From where?
What an amazing down to earth person Kishwar ma'am is!
The interviewer did her job very nicely!
Thank you, Aamish!
This was an amazing session. Sania mam is such a good person how easily she explains everything and gaves the information which is not present anywhere. And no one also gives .
Thanks a lot sania mam
I am glad you found it helpful!!
I am doing LLM in USA after having done LLB in ILS Law College Pune. You should not have chosen General LLM. There are specialized LLM programs like LLM in Healthcare, LLM in Corporate Law, etc. Another point, Yes It is easy to sit for bar exam in US because they charge $750 bar exam fee! 😀 Every thing is money making opportunity in US. But bar exam itself is not easy by any means. Only 40-45% Americans pass NY bar exam every year. Very tough so don’t take it easy.
Absolutely, I said that my choice for first LLM was misinformed. Yes, thanks for sharing the insights on Bar exam! I haven't taken it, so unaware of the application fee.
Can u let me know if I can pursue llm from Australia or us and then come back to India and practice?
Thank you for your frank inputs; these are thought-provoking.
Thank you so much to Professor Kishwar for such an insightful and in depth talk on the topic! It was really valuable, thank you so much!
Thanks, Savvi!
@@sanyadarakhshankishwar5364 mam thanks for sharing your experience with us. My question is that is it hard to get an placement in uk after we complete our LLM in uk and get a citizenship there only
@@chocoisolated5272 I would say, it's a lengthy process to get UK citizenship, including an exam. However, it will be easier to get a job there after you are a UK citizen.
Another point, online LLM will not qualify you to sit for bar exam in USA. Due to covid they will consider your circumstances on case by case basis. But generally, you will be eligible for LLM with your online LLB degree but you will not be eligible to sit for bar exam in US if your law education was done online. So be mindful about that point.
Wow! That's a great point. Thanks a lot for that clarification:)
I have completed my LLB in India.. how can I practice Law in USA … can you please help me by sharing the details…
This is such a wonderful session. Thank you so much
You are welcome!
Most awaited video ✅👍🏻🙏🏻 Thankyou ma’am
Thank you so much for sharing your experience and enlightening us on this topic.
Thank you Sanya Ma'am for sharing your ideas and experience on this topic.
Thanks, Anisha! Glad you found it useful.
Absolutely to the point. Thanks for the interview.
I have been living in US for last 30 years. Generally US is very safe and racism is not a problem. If you are worried about that aspect choose your school in one of the border states like NY, NJ, California, Washington State, etc. These states are made of immigrants and are very immigration friendly. Don’t choose central states which are “Republican” minded states. They are usually less immigrant friendly.
Hello. This is Allen Thomas from India. I'm planning to do LLM from Canada. Could you please suggest an area of specialisation which has a considerable and a significant amount of scope in Canada, and some universities as well if you are aware. Thanks a alot
I'm glad you didn't face racism. Would pray no one goes through it. I had my own experiences and changing school wasn't an option.
Proud moment for CUSBIANS... I am glad to be a part of School of law and governance at Central University of South Bihar, Gaya "😄"
Thanks, Prakarsh!!!
Extremly deep rooted and to the point information. Thank you Mam.
Thanks a lot for your constant support and appreciation, Zishan!
Waiting for TLOItalk for judiciary prep.

What I meant was an interactive session with a Judge.
Thank You ❤️
Dear sir,
I am Khushi Mishra. Actually I am very confuse because I am not able to decide what should I do in my career. Now I am in my first year of b.com, with this i am doing computer course of Professional accountant which is of 1 year, and also I have given cseet exam for cs and also attempted for excutive module 1 but got failed in it, now I don't want to continue with cs. But in cs excutive module 1 I just found 2 subjects very interesting taxation and jurisprudence, interpretation and General laws(jigl). Because of these points I feel like I want to make my career as tax advocate. By doing LLB after b.com.
By observing above point could you please advice what should I do now?
I should go with a tax advocate or find some other career opportunity for myself
And also please make a video on tax advocate career.
Thank you,
Khushi Mishra
