The structure "que + subjunctive" is very common in Spanish. It's usually referred to as an "indirect command". You could translate this example simply as "Enjoy the video", the same way that "Que tengas buen día" is translated as "Have a good day." Other common examples are "que te vaya bien" and "que descanses". You'll hear this structure a lot and it's very useful!
