the 26 people the 26 people who dislike this vid ...will never play it right. Thanks man the most accurate lesson from the outro solo on youtube!!!! you kick some ass!!!
Thanks for this precise lesson! I have used it to learn the general runs & I now play it with my own variations. The feel of this song is so important. Your video was really useful to me - thank you!
I agree. Learning it is one thing, using your own variations and style is what makes a superb guitarist. Add your own emotion is why we learn these licks....
Dude, you probably get so many messages you don’t even read them, but I just wanted to thank you for figuring out and explaining all these notes. It’s a monster solo, but worth every minute practice.
Watch your videos and have learnt a lot over the past couple of years. Lots of love from India and only one request never stop posting. You are one of the most iconic people of our time and a legend for putting so much time for each and every lesson for us guitarists
relly good i give up on learning this masterpiece cause i couldnt make it out but you have changed that thanks to your great step by step breakdown thank you my friend
Is the based on the recorded version or the live? The official tab for the album is different to this - main fast lick starts with a full bend on E at 15 not 20.... Whichever it is, the technique on this lesson is spot on and I'm finding it very useful. Especially as yer man says 'the timing is all over the place'!
this topic sounds perfect same as Gary Moore, I wonder what effect utilizastes order to have a sound that in my opinion is the same, and that programs utilizastes if not much to ask receives a greeting from Venezuela and congratulations hear the theme every day
Hi, are any effect pedals used ? If so what are they, and is amplifier settings important too? Mind you I only have a 10W home amp so I guess that wont apply.
@@fedichabbouh8228 that will help me speed it up over the course of time I'm guessing? I can play the part but my fingers always get tripped up at one spot for some reason when I really try to give it some speed. Just like the quick lick at the end of the middle section solo
@@AyYoSteve try to play the solo with slow tempo and with time and practice speed it up till you can paly it faster than the original that's the only way and try to do some left hand and fingers exercices ;)
Oh wow. If you put all 3 lessons together, that's almost an hour of tutorial. So much effort put into this. Gary is smiling from above.

Where is the Les Paul for this song is this how gary moore got his signature sound or was it a pedal or his marshall amp?
Hello thank you for sharing, wich pedal efects need it for this song?
Nice work, pretty hard

Muito bom gostei muito parabena
thanks man!
Did you use any pedal?
Today is Feb 6, 2013..... It's hard to believe it's been 2 years since he passed away.
Nice lesson thank you. What causes this low frequency rumble I hear to my monitors?
Probably stratitis. Single coil pickups can need to be tweaked to stop the magnetic field interfering with the string vibration.
Just realised this was 5 years ago 🤣🤣🤫
You are great, but i think it would be nice if there is a recap the whole thing.... Because i forget the tunes 😂
Can someone tell me how to set my amp for this song?
6 minutes in and my brain is like wtf is going on
What is the amp setting
Man i thought it going to be easy, i'm gona watch a Clint Eastwood movie instead, Cheers Bro
ha ha. If it was easy everyone would be Gary Moore
