Although change makes sure the game never gets stale, if the entire community is just people who make games, people would've still been able to make realistic games like we have today had the website and platform not changed for the worse. The main problems are the terrible moderation, the un-needed toxicity, and getting rid of things that shouldn't have ended. Once we fix those, we'll be back to 2016 Roblox and go down the right path.
People do say it's the memories you made, it could be but the main factor is the player base which changed when pandemic started, a new generation of players joined which Roblox haven't seen before, a generation with a much mature mindset. The people who played before 2019 were a bit more less aggressive from my experience.

I joined February of 2018 but seeing the old frontpage makes me want to cry with nostalgia. It felt like things were much simpler then, people were more kinder and seemed to be less toxic, developers weren't money hungry and cared for their players, and the platform overall was in a good state. I loved playing games like flood escape 2, flood escape classic, and work at a pizza place. It was so fun. Now it just seems like a distant memory. But I'll never forget it.

Because there is too basic or oversaturated popular games now and that is all kids play now. It was hilarious watching kids go from that Anime Clicking Game go to the New Anime Fighter Clicking game. There is no more creativity up there that is new every few months unless you ease yourself into the popular section. Because the Popular page now has almost hundreds of thousands of kids playing the game every day. I don't think Adopt Me is even recognized as Popular anymore but its not like most people care about it nowadays. It is also Roblox's fault too in some way.

I joined in 2016 and left Roblox this past July having my account deleted in the process. Personally, Roblox isn’t very enjoyable nowadays, as by that point I’m already growing up to be an adult having made plenty of revisits to the first games I have played, which don’t feel the same as before. Yes, there are adults that play Roblox, but even then most Roblox games appeal to younger people and get old very quickly. And before anyone tells me to create a new account, no I will not create a new account. Given the concerning direction that Roblox is going towards, it’s better for me to take a break from Roblox negativity for good. I might consider becoming a CORE player instead if CORE becomes more popular, but only time will tell and I may not even have a powerful PC in my adult years. Anyways, 2016 was nostalgic for me as it was the year before ROBLOX began to rebrand themselves to be more of a futuristic tech company.

My first time joining Roblox was back in 2017. I don't remember my first account, due to the fact that I never remembered the password and I kept making new accounts. This one time I kept an account well preserved was back in 2018. But I also forgot the pass word to that account, and it was only on one of my old laptops, so there is no chance of me getting it back. And now my current account is TheProGuy7589, which I joined back in 2021, January.

Modren games are better, but I just miss when my worst fears were losing to the enderdragon or when my biggest problem was finishing the roblox tycoon.

I joined in 2016 and honestly I want to go back to 2016-2017 roblox, bring this era back, it was the best. the games were creative and not copy and paste tycoons, not to mention that horror games were better.

My gosh, wow i 1st joined in 2014 when belieive it or not i was 5 2014-2017 or early 2018 was my time in roblox and it was a blast my school friends would all hop on after school and play for hours and now rewatching old youtube videos from back then just reminds me of those times like builders club and player points and all sorts of other things

My first time joining Roblox was back in 2017. I don't remember my first account, due to the fact that I never remembered the password and I kept making new accounts. This one time I kept an account well preserved was back in 2018. But I also forgot the pass word to that account, and it was only on one of my old laptops, so there is no chance of me getting it back. And now my current account is TheProGuy7589, which I joined back in 2021, January.
maybe try contacting roblox support (i know roblox support is a bit wack but they gave me my old 2015 alt back recently)

I joined right at the beginning of 2016 because I saw Roy (Guava Juice at the time) join and play work at a pizza place. I saw ads about it beforehand tho and always begged to have an account. My first youtube cannt was made in 2012 and then again in 2015. I miss those times. I'll never forget work at a pizza place being one of the most played games.
