Yeah thats the tallest but only because of the crow. The carew tower which you can see in the background is the second tallest and was one the tallest buildings in the world when it was constructed.
Dayton is Nothing Close to Cincinnati ! I drove a Semi for 5 years up till 2015. I have been all thru out our lower 48 states. There are lots of interesting cities, but I would put Cincinnati in the top 15. SORRY DAYTON OH. , You would struggle to make it at the 200's and above list .
