Pip, I feel so sorry for your broken mast and the end of the Vendée Globe for you in 2024. I'm glad you're in good health and I'm sure your amazing positive spirit will come back very soon. Until the incident, you've given everything and have sailed such a great and courageous race. Believe me and others, this is not the end and you'll come back strong. Those things can happen to anyone in the fleet during this crazy race around the world. I hope you'll return to land savely, probably in Hobard which might be the closest harbor with good facilities.
