12:00 rhinos have absolutely terrible drop-off in their vision, so unless it's like right up in front of them all they see is a big blur. best guess, the young rhino is probably trying to find its mother or something and mistook the vehicle for it... then ran away, forgot, and made the same mistake repeatedly.
The animal from 18:50 is a dugong, it’s a specie related to manatees which are in fact all distant relatives to elephants xD They are pretty harmless animals feeding on water vegetation.
Hey funny thing about those black squirrels, I go to college at Kent State University (in ohio), and there are black squirrels are everywhere here, funny thing is they aren’t native here. There were brought to the college many years ago for some sort of experiment I believe, but they got out and bullied all the other squirrels out of the area. So now kent is known as a place with a lot of black squirrels. I can’t say if those are 100% authentic kent black squirrels, highly doubt it, but I’d never seen a black squirrel until moving up here.
just saying, the weird cop thing that shoots a bit of rope doesnt have weights at the end, it has small grappling hooks that are basically 4 fishing hooks put together and stab into the persons legs a little bit
2:57 It's a squad rush, if you look the other have their hands up like they're holding their guns, guy at the front would be holding a small shield outside of practice
9:56 That has existed for ages to clean aquariums. And just like there, I would not recommend it. A couple grains of sand and you're gonna be scratching up your entire window.
The ear piercing annoys me because in my opinion it should be the choice of the person getting pierced not the parents choice they approve or not but they don’t choose
2:21 those bola things for police have barbs to anchor the ends to clothes, so they are a lot more painful when they hook into bare skin if a person is wearing shorts.
8:50 - FYI, the adults can ALSO still climb trees, the reason why you never see footage of it hardly is because most of what they hunt can't climb trees and what can usually can't outrun them. *Horses* can barely outrun a full grown grizzly bear. They truly are nature's greatest apex predator, there's a reason why bears are so successful and outcompeted big cats on the North American continent for the spot.
piercing guns are actually so trash i hope that baby will have no issues with her piercings in the future because to this day i still have issues with mine AND they refused to ever heal
19:10 I've had a cholla cactus needle go all the way through my skin, and I felt it scraping my kneecap. It was the most unpleasant feeling I've ever had in my life, and I've been in a motorcycle accident at 60 mph hitting a car. I'd rather do that again than get the cholla needle under my entire dermis. Just writing or thinking about it sends shivers down my spine so bad I feel it in my fingers and toes. It gave me real PTSD.
Basically you pierce the ear of a child so if they decide to wear ear rings later they can do so and if not it just heals naturally. The hole can naturally heal back a good 86%+ so you won't really notice unless you activly stare and go, "there you are" if you leave ear rings out for a couple months to a year which is why you hear mentioning of re-piercings There's also a thing called a gauge and it's used to actually increase the size of said ear pierced hole and in certain Indian countries the bigger the gauge a woman has the higher her value.
18:51 That's a type of manatee (sea cow) , called a Dugong - not sure if they are uglier or better looking than its cousins......traded out its wrinkly face and whiskers for a vacuum attachment.
It's technically bad to peirce a baby's ears because the ears are still forming and will stop developing around the age of 7-10 as this will also give the child the power to choose if they want to get their ears pierced or not. However I do understand if culture is one of the reason to do it early while the other is the child wants it done earlier. As for the baby not having a reaction, I have a similar situation where I got my shots as a child, had no reaction till one of my family members asked if the shot was painful. After that, I was just a crying child for a good hour.
I'm very late to this but I learned baby piercing as part of my work training and for my job specifically, we allow piercing to start at 3 months. This is due to the fact that babies at that age won't feel the need or urge to tug on or play with the piercings because they won't have awareness of them being there. But as the child gets older it becomes harder to ensure they aren't pulling or playing with the piercings. My work recommends to either get them done young (at the 3 month mark) or wait until the child is old enough to sit on their own in the chair and decide themselves that they want them (could be anywhere from 6-10 years old).
Many parents pierce their baby's ears for their own benefit. It also causes unnecessary harm to the kid who quite literally has NO idea what's happening; there's no consent involved either :/ Not only that, babies have a tendancy to touch things they shouldn't. If they have earrings, it's going to be twice as bad. Which also means twice the chance for an infection or bleeding (if they pull them out)! It's better to wait until they're old enough. (I'd personally say about 7+). Aside from the fact that they'd actually be mentally capable of taking care of their ears, it'd be a nice parent-kid bonding moment as well.
I once found that rain border. We were driving in a car and it was dry until we crossed it and it changed literly from one second silent to the next second very loud rain because of the rain hiting the car i was so impressed
I remember hearing that black squirrels were an urban environment thing. You know, the animal takes on the fur color of what will camouflage them best where they live, hence brown squirrels and the like. So squirrel family lines that have spent generations living in urban environments eventually started developing black fur to blend in better with our dark colorings. This is all based off of memory, and no research, so feel free to correct me or tell me I'm stupid, or both. Both is good.
What good is having a tool to wash both sides suppose to be? You gotta get the water on both sides, otherwise you're just wiping a dirty window with more dirt, and even if you Did do that, at that point you might aswell just use the same mothed to open the window to get it wet to clean it.
1:30 i dont get the whole "make plants that taste like meat" BS firstly... it DOESNT taste like meat and it never will secondly, IT SHOULDNT. there are tonns of dishes out there that are entirely plant based and taste great why try to make something thats never going to work
Simply none of your fucking business what anyone else eats when y'all eat government subsidized slop, spiced with PLANTS. Meat needs to have spices, marinated, roasted, be charred to take on flavors... No one is complaining about those various methods. Chill, it can taste however people want it to taste. If I want to eat fucking soy tacos, I'm going to, and if I want them to be similar to ground beef in texture and flavor, I'm doing so. Not a thing a whiney ass yt commenter is going to change. Cheers.
1:40, gross, not only did they pierce their (what seems like not even 5 months old) baby's ears, they did it at a Claire's, which are notoriously not good to get piercings at 8:05 Black squirrels are in Michigan (US)
I'd say the majority of people I've met with pierced ears had it done when they were real young like in the video. Seems to be the norm, at least for my area
So is circumcision, and that shit is wrong too. Hell, in my country its straight up illegal to pierce the ears of a child under the age of 6 years old.
Yeah it is not okay to pierce a baby that young because their ear shape will change as they grow up so now that child's going to most likely have one pierce hole that's higher than the other
4:38 Why would you want to live in that? It's an XL trailer with a glass wall, 1 bed, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom that's it. The one next door has the glass wall next to the bed and that flimsy curtain I bet is still see-through.
15:25 STOP YOUR ENGINE IF YOU'RE NEAR A WHALE. Shut off your engine as soon as you know whales are nearby. It's the easiest thing to make sure the whales are safe and that you're safe. Plus, in North America (Canada and the US) it's illegal to operate your boat within a certain distance (200m in Canada) of whales. Baleen whales have poor detection of boats at the best of times, and when the motor is running, there's a ton of noise in the water that's fucking with their sonar. Just turn your engine off. It's much easier to appreciate them if you aren't driving. Boat strikes leave massive wounds, and on a juvenile whale like this one, that could kill them.
i think piercing a baby's ear is not weird, especially for a girl. They are most likely to want the piercing anyway and if they get it done as a baby they won't even remember any pain that it caused them so i say best to get it over with when they are younger so they can enjoy it later without the painful memory.
As far as the ear piercing go, it's definitely cultural. I'm midwestern almost see-through white and I said no to my daughters ears being pierced that young. My girlfriends parents are from Mexico and they wanted us to pierce her ears mere days after she was born. I don't judge them for wanting to do it, I just didn't want it for my newborn at the time lol.
Here I thought I was going to read a book tonight, but now I have to watch this first.
I'm in the same boat xD
It takes priority😂

As once was said:
"Rhinos have a terrible vision, but it's not their problem. It's the problem of whatever stands infront of a rhino".
4:24 The sound the lions are making is called chuffing, its a friendly sound they make when they see something they recognize as a friend.
10:00 those window cleaning bricks have been around for decades as my nan had some to clean our aquarium.
The animal from 18:50 is a dugong, it’s a specie related to manatees which are in fact all distant relatives to elephants xD
They are pretty harmless animals feeding on water vegetation.
18 50?
The video goes to like, 14 22
Parent YET? Does that mean that a little bean is on the way?
That seahippo as you called it is a manatee. Eats only veggies and if that videographer touched him it would have ended in jail time
Close! It’s a relative of a manatee, a dugong. You can recognise it based on snout shape. Still very similar and just as harmless xD
@@msl2299oh! that's interesting!

@@tortillachips3911 maybe don't run from cops if you wear shorts

That's not self-unaloving.
That's actually knocking itself out, without unaliving.
Thats also not the right time
you leave my Manatee homies alone. I will throw hands for the guys Columbus thought were mermaids.

19:45 looking at the water, you could see a ring of bubbles before the whale breached the surface, its a hunting tactic to group their prey I think.
Yup. It's called bubble netting, and you're exactly right about how it's used

Me and Sam had the same reaction with that crab thing

Absolutely normal to pierce the baby's ears when they are that young. It is very common in some cultures. They wont even remember it afterwards.

There are a lot of people who like to have their babies’ ears pierced. Personally I find it to be really gross and an example of bad parenting.
Thats not good behavior for a dog
