This figure is so close to perfect for me. I wish this figure had boot swivel and the same neck articulation as the X-men 97 wolverine and the draped mask piece from the 97 version would have been a nice extra. The torso articulation on this one is much better than the X-men 97 version, the arm hair looks amazing and it’s great getting a wolverine with some actual hand options. My 2 favorite wolverines of all time have popped up in the last year with this and the 97 versions.
So excited for mine. But i agree i do wish he came with a stoic masked head for more posing options. But i guess if they were going to pic one they picked the right one cause a stoic wolverine looks off in a lot of action poses
I don’t normally mind when a figure doesn’t have a boot/calf swivel, since I use the thigh swivel if needed. The problem with this figure is that the thighs have a particular design to them, that being the blue parts. It looks awful when the sculpt is broken from the swivel, so a boot swivel is basically needed. Still, a really good figure! Probably the best Marvel Legends Wolverine to date. ^^
Boot swivel is sorely needed (or a ball ankle). I would be very interested in seeing how somebody mods this. I heated mine up and took a peak under the boot, the whole lower leg is sculpted to fit the boot’s shape, why not just sculpt the frigging swivel in there?
The lack of boot swivel is definitely a misstep, but not a deal breaker imo. I love this figure, can we please get an updated Astonishing Beast please!?! Im curious where did you get your diaorama tha you used in this video. It's really nice!
This wolverine can’t get down in any nice looking crouching poses without looking like his ankles are broken. Hasbro needs to do away with the $h!t ankle joint.

No boot swivel is a plus for me. It often looks ugly and is mostly useless for posing. Figures just need ankle and hip rotation, like real humans.

Boot swivel is not an actual human Articulation thigh cut also . I would prefer toe articulation to a boot swivel.
