How To Make Your Headshots POP -- Retouching secrets from the Headshot Doctor Vail Fucci

People the world over love Peter Hurley's headshots. They have a certain glow to them, the lighting is super flattering, and the subjects have authentic expressions. The recipe for a Hurley headshot is about 50% his signature lighting, 10% posing, 30% Peter's personality, and 10% post processing.
In this video I will go over some of the methods I've learned from being a member of Peter Hurley's Headshot Crew and a few of my own personal favorites to retouch headshots to help you get that beautiful painterly glow.
I will go through through step by step how you can create your own Photoshop Actions for highlights, shadows, darkening down the background, adding back saturation, and sharpening details, so that you can do these types of edits quickly and consistently on your own images while maintaining a natural look to your subject.
