Yes yes yes! I have so been putting yoga off telling myself I need at least half an hour but you’re so right, setting aside just 5 min a day is perfectly doable! Plus makes any extra feel like a real treat! Thank you for your videos as always ⭐️
Thank you for the video! I needed to hear this. I also working on that "I need to do all these things before I have time for Yoga". But really it's a question of priority. And I feel we are being raised with the mindset that the world around us is more important than the world inside of us. Why is doing laundry and the dishes more important than a Yoga practice that keeps my mind and body healthy? Thankyou for the gentle reminder. Love your videos!
