- In this BBQ chicken video, I cook some marinated chicken legs on my Weber Kettle charcoal grill. The ingredients I used in my chicken marinade are 1/2 red wine vinegar, 1/2 avocado oil, worcestershire sauce, salt, and Johnny's Seasoned Pepper. I marinated the chicken for about 90 minutes and cooked it indirectly for about an hour. Then seared it directly over the coals at the end.

Those look really Good!! Annie is so patient. 😊

Nice cook, Tim. I do this similar to you but use Italian dressing as a marinade. I cut slits in the chicken to allow the marinade to get into meat.
Sounds good. I've used Italian dressing before. It's a good marinade!

I love the chicken legs but sometimes the store makes you buy so many in one package. Great video and will try them again.

WASH YOUR CHICKEN
Stop watching his videos if you are offended.
youre actually not suppose to wash chicken because it can increase the risk of spreading harmful bacteria and pathogens like salmonella and campylobacter around your kitchen. Washing chicken can also cross contaminate other ingredients and spray bacteria everywhere.
I quit washing my chicken a couple of years ago because the authorities in the know said it was better not to wash your chicken. A couple of times I have taken my chicken out of the package and it didn't smell so good. I cooked it anyway and I am still here. No one got sick. Oh, by the way, after the chicken cooked it was delicious!
