For those who intend to make this for the coming festival ..... AFTER BAKING KEEP BISCUITS 2-3 DAYS IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER BEFORE CONSUMPTIONS. It behaves just like mooncake to allow it to rest and absorb. Trust me , I have thrown 3 batches cos I thought I make it wrong UNTIL I asked a CHINESE CHEF personally but youtubers failed to mentioned one critical note .

Katherine , you need to more responsive when subscribers ask you questions. Most of them never bake certain recipes before . In my case, this mooncake biscuits I asked why is so hard ... Did I overbake them? Another thing when I researched... this biscuits are like mooncake.. store 2-3 days in container before eating. Why wasnt this mentioned ???

After baked when it get cooled it's harden like a rock right?? We need to keep for few days so that it become soft?
