Just got into griddle cooking (have XL Egg, Bull 40" 4 burner and rotisserie, and pellet smoker) I ended up starting off with a Pit Boss 4 Burner with a ceramic grill surface and have used it now a few times. Easy to clean, less oil butter use (unless needed for flavoring), nearly non-stick and like I said easy to clean, water, easy scrape if needed, one more water cleaning and a light oil. Family is loving it for all meals.

Blaze sold me over the coyote with 20% more cooking real estate & an actual big grease pull out drawer and not just the little front tray.

Loving your kitchen. Cabinets, shelves, appliances. Any info on it?
Thanks for these videos, they're a wealth of valuable information.

just had a kitchen built only went with the 24 inch Bull griddle to compliment a 30 inch Bull Angus. Wish the builder had been a little more patient and waited for the 30 inch to hit the market only missed it by a couple weeks and since it took 9 months to do the pool, patio and kitchen I would have appreciated a little more space.

Is there any grill accessory that you recommend so that I can use a gas grill as a skillet/griddle? I'm thinking something that goes over the grates. I'm looking the the Napoleon 825 and I don't think that I want to get a stand alone griddle.

I’m actually a fan of the new Weber crafted griddle with the small grease trap and it’s a decent size. I have a black stone and my dad has the blaze and yes they are tough to keep clean and almost need regular use

  • @razorwired130

Confused - like you - I put a big priority on "easy to clean". The EVO seems like a PITA to keep clean. Why is it #1. Also, an EVO outside of an island makes zero sense - as you so aptly pointed out. That Lynx looks bad ass. I have a Blaze budget 🙂

@@embersliving Understood - but you're putting it in 5th place and that just doesn't jive with my experiece. Having that cast iron underneath is huge in keeping an even temperature across the cooking surface compared to the other models listed here. Very surprised to not see it at least in the Top 3

  • @cysco5598

Finally! I’ve been waiting seemingly forever for this one. Question: Construction wise, is there any real difference between the first three and the Lynx? The IR burners on the Lynx are cool, but at over twice the price of the Coyote, I’m not sure I can justify it. Unless, the overall quality of construction is that much better on the Lynx.

These overpriced griddles have stainless cook surfaces. Carbon steel is far superior for a cooktop.
