I don't envy their wealth, but their ability to engage in a genuinely classy conversation. I think it's worth a lot to work for personally.
Lance said, in order to be successful you have to be resilient and he is a product of that word and as a result he is able to stay calm in every situation.
They are both well trained by their fathers who are the largest conglomerates owners, and dont forget, they are competiting with each and one anothers

If I hadn’t read the comment section, I would have thought JAZA is a real talk show host. The interview was so relaxed and engaging. I look forward to more intelligent conversations like this, it’s like a breath of fresh air from all the idiocy prevalent in todays social media.
so, short story, I used to work for Robinson's Homes Inc. One time, Lance went to visit one of our properties/project. Lance was just in a non-luxury car, and just in normal clothes, di rin siya kilala ng project guard namin. so di sya pinapasok. So Lance called our VP, and our VP called or Manager to let Lance in. Lumuwa mata ng manager ko, natataranta. then we called the guard post at sinabihan kung sino yun gustong pumasok. Hahaha. Then Lance commends the guard, for doing his job. Di mn lang nagalit, what so ever. guso rin sana magalit ng manager nmn sa guard, pero kung di nga nagalit si Lance, siya pa.
I read somewhere about 7 years ago that a similar situation happened to JAZA and FZA. The brothers love to explore the countryside with their motorbikes and realized that they're quite near an Ayala project so they decided to visit it. When they got there, they weren't allowed by the guards to enter the area. I forgot how the story ended but they probably got in the same way Lance did - by calling one of their managers.

I think any person, whether VIP or not, should not be mad if guards will follow protocol. Marami lang kasing guards na barumbado talaga. Dapat strict but courteous pa din. 😁
I used to work in Cebu Pacific and I can attest to this comment. Sir Lance is genuinely good boss. Sobrang low-key and never siya nagpaVIP treatment talaga. Dagdag pa yung lagi talaga siyang naka-smile sa lahat.
Ano ba naman ksi tingin nyo sa mga sarili nyo. Hehehe. Yabang ko tuloy. Try nyo ksi maki tungo ng iisa ang ugali nyo. Wag po ang TONO ng boses natin ay naka depende kung sino ang ka uspan natin.
My husband asked me what I was watching. He wasn't seeing my screen. I told him Lance is being interviewed. Tapos sabi nya, "Wow buti pumayag magpa-interview kay Boy Abunda." Nagulat siya when I told him it's JAZA. So yes, we both agree that JAZA is a good host

There is no other better host than JAZA, even better than hosts of other established media networks. Kudos to BPI for convincing him to do this hosting job. Can't wait for the next episode.

I agree. I have a friend who went to business school and later on his circle kept growing. His mindset also changed. Whenever he talks to us, he’s very motivated and actually pushes us to look for better opportunities and do better in life. His friends were like CEOs of big companies and some became his mentor too. He runs his own beauty clinic now.

JAZA, you’re surprisingly good in hosting. Particularly asking the right questions. You should definitely host a show on TV.

I am happy to see that we now have local business moguls getting together in this kind of set up just like what David Rubenstein is doing. We can understand him but this is something local entrepreneurs can relate to. Boss JAZA, I hope you read the comments section. This is GREAT content. I’ve been to their house (opposite ng Buendia lang) as my boss’s request, before to service his kid’s Macs but didn’t meet him. Pero napakabait ng maybahay and their kids. Very down to earth kahit apakayaman nila. 🙏🏼
Jaza may have a job in his company forever but he were to dabble in other areas he would be a fantastic talk show host, he is articulate intelligent and a fair amount of humor, he'll give boy abunda a run for his money😀 nice to see business arch rivals lighting up a bit though

Jaimes a good dude, i know a lot of start up founders who have met him and they say hes a good guy, considering he runs such a large conglomerate i love it that he gets involved with the entrepreneur community. Hope he keeps heading down this path.

I had an opportunity to meet JAZA and other ayala-affiliated CEOs during their Qualimed roadshow. JAZA had been by far, the most down-to-earth among them. Kudos to BPI, amazing content. 👌💯
I think contents like this needs to be produced more. You see, this kind of contents breaks the social norm of tycoons to the public as someone who are difficult to reach. In a world were there are falls millionaire-claims and social media millionaire brags, this kind of content puts a new and I think a real meaning to what does it mean to be a millionaire or billionaire.
