That property was probably one of the best purchases youve ever made. Real estate is the only decent investment right now. And youve got so many wonderful uses for it! You guys had to be magicians to be able to see through the hoarders mess to see the final possibilities that property had! Those beginning episodes had my anxiety on high! I don’t know how you guys handled that mess! I can’t watch hoarders for the same reason! But it’s beautiful now! You’ve done a magnificent job!!!! Love to your families!!! ❤️🐸🥰

I've wanted to own a property my entire life where I can go fishing and hunting with forest all around. That trail you guys are making would be fantastic on Halloween night for the kids. You can set up some lights along the path, decorations, and take the kids out on a Halloween night walk through the trail. Great job! All the best!

Those tight spots will be like when you pass other riders. Have a bunch so you’ll have plenty of practice passing with little to no room.
Get you some orange surveyors tape to mark the route.
If you had the money you coukd use a Forestry head for your skidsteer and mulch the path so you could see it better.
You need to pick up all of the debris on your trail. Your trails should be twice the width of your ATV so you won't get whipped by bushes and branches. Enjoy.

my son rides a Kawasaki KX450 I ride a Triumph TF 250-X around my property in Yorkshire England it's a 2.75mile course it's all woodland if you ever come to the UK your more than welcome to come ride I've got lots of old style dirt racing bikes and road bikes my dad has just ordered a new Harley Road Glide Special and I've just got a triumph Rocket 3's 2,500cc triple
you should think of making a long range shooting range down there for the summer months when you all are not practicing riding.

Why wont they tell us what happened to the skid steer? Its really quite simple. Every time they've had a membership scam and a merch sale they have already sold stuff to get them out of money trouble. They just had this not long ago. So the skid steer was sold.
