Perfumers solvent you can buy from Amazon as for dpg I don't think anyone will sell less than 1 kg of dpg so for that you'll have to either go to local perfumery shop

based on my reaserch so far, this process seems to be legit... DPG is optional itseems. may increase logetivity of the perfume by 1hr. but will surely reduce the intensity of perfume, cuz you are basically diluting the strength of the oil. some people say, its totally options and some say its crucial.. so I guess you need to make 2 batches and decide for yourself.
