Great idea. A few squares of sponge included that could be fitted to either end for padding would be a lovely touch to protect the locos!

Good idea. Its reminiscent of those cartridges that those of us who are old enough used to store photo colour slides in.

Good idea, I would laser cut some line groves down the side to keep the loco straight. A bit like a piece of track but with no sleepers in the middle like a inspection pit. Class 60 loco also known as a tug.

Nice bit of kit, good for multiple gauges (including HO too), folk can always custom fit some sponge for smaller stuff, you'd get three 009 in one tray. Great product guys. All the best, this'll be a great seller for you, good luck. Brian @ The Angels

Useful for rolling stock as well. As suggested foam pads would be a useful addition - perhaps sold as an extra. Brilliant idea. Hopefully it sells well. Now what about O gauge? 🤣

Nice, that would come in handy. How about a cutout or "buffer" to stop the coupling getting damaged?

Here's a little thought to allow "secure" stacking of these boxes ...
Simply include small holes (5mm?) In each corner of the top and bottom faces of the box, to allow dowel pegs to be inserted. Perhaps not drilled all the way through so that they can simply be pushed out if required?

Looks a nice product, would like to see a cutout in the sides to enable a better grip on larger/heavy locomotives.

Nice. Do the boxes have a tab or something for stacking?

They just sit on top. With a full box of locos it pretty heavy. You can also glue them together

Cool I'm a n gauge modeller so I would be happy if could do n gauge ones in the future you want to be surprised how many seconds hand models I bought over the years and never came in boxes only wrapped up in bubble wrap something like that I need in n gauge. That loco you just took out of storage is called a class 60 and it's in (EWS) stands for English Welsh Scottish railway.
