10th Grade Mailbox Project.

Every year I give each Sophomore a mailbox. I use mailboxes because they are cheaper than car fenders but are made of roughly the same thickness of steel and have a nice shape (they are not just flat and straight).
I will put several dents in them for the students to repair. Then they get to paint them, most students need to paint them at least twice because this is the fist time they have used body-filler and the first real painting they have done. As you can see I have some very creative and skilled students and they are just getting started!
