Very touching story. But the high light is that your vid clip brought back my College English. After graduation in 1969, I returned home to Thailand. Although I kept up my English through business letters, I had very few chances to listen and converse with US and British people. After I retired from my work, I was even more secluded from English. I can understand every word in your vid clip. Thanks for the refresher.
