Thanks so much for watching! Honestly that’s a hard one depending on what you like to do? We spent a month in Sarande in high season, it was so hot. It might be better for temps in The shoulder season. We will have a video out soon on our thoughts on Albania. So stay tuned. Oh sorry, Jim has just added it now. We think 2 weeks in Tirana might be too long, maybe a week and spend the other week seeing, other cities like Berat, Kruje etc, Two weeks in Sarande would be nice with some day trips and maybe spend a few nights in Gjirokaster. , Himare and visit Dhermi , Ksmil etc. We spent too long in Saranda but we stayed for a month.

We spent two weeks in Sarande, near the promenade. We were extremely disappointed in the culture, food and lack of friendliness of the people. Noise all night long, dirty and horrible amount of stray animals. Yes, the cost of living is very low, but for us the cons far outweigh the pros

We were hoping to love it...or Montenegro enough to purchase a home to spend time out of the Schengen... unfortunately that wasn't the case.
