    I actually ordered two holsters from the Armzmen after watching your video. I’ve already received one waiting on the other.
    Thank you for putting them on the radar. Wouldn’t have known about them without your video.

    I ordered a IWB holster from The Armzmen for my Hellcat Pro with red dot and Olight Baldr and had such an Incredible Experience working with the Owner, Robert. Unbeknownst to him or myself, the holster was delivered to my neighbor accidently and she was on vacation. After a week and a half, I decided to contact Armzmen to see if there was anything they could do because my holster had still not been delivered. Robert said he would send another holster and file a case with the deliverer. I actually got my holster before he mailed the 2nd one so I contacted him. The Holster is 2nd to none in quality and fits great. Anyone with a Hellcate Pro and Olight Baldr knows this is a hard holster to find... look No more. The Armzmen is what you're looking for!!

      I purchased a Hellcat Pro with a red dot last weekend and also bought an Olight Baldr. I ordered this holster based off of your recommendation since we have the same setup. Now I’m impatiently waiting on it to be delivered LOL Since my Hellcat is FDE I ordered the Holster in Kryptek Highlander.

    I'm on the The Armzmen web site now and they only have TLR7 & TLR8 options for the PDP 4".
    A few other holster reviews said the TLR 7 & 7A lights don't share holster compatibility.
    Which did you select to fit the TLR7A?

    What red dot do you have on the pistol and how many rounds do you shot through it before you trust it. I just picked up the same one yesterday.

  • @whitey4311
    @whitey4311 2 года назад +2

    I keep looking at these because I love the clips but the issue I see is the optic cut not being so great. Unless you keep it straight drop for appendix the optic cut isn’t going to work. You can tell once you adjust the cant the belt will be above the optic which isn’t the way it should be.
    Have you adjusted the cant yet?

    • @overlandedc
      @overlandedc  2 года назад

      I haven’t, but I don’t carry it appendix. I carry at 4 o clock

    • @whitey4311
      @whitey4311 2 года назад

      @@overlandedc that’s the issue. If you use the holes to adjust the clip for increased cant it’s going to bury the optic below the belt. At least this is what I can see from the video and pics. You have to use straight drop so the adjustable cant is pointless.

      @@whitey4311 Noob question here. Just bought one of these guns, and im shopping for a holster. This will be my first optics gun. What is the problem with the optic being below the belt?

    • @whitey4311
      @whitey4311 2 года назад

      @@SirPhilMcCrackinVonBeggington It wouldn’t actually hurt the optic but ideally you want it above the belt line. The issue with optics and inside waist band holsters is the cant can’t exceed 10 degrees. If you used zero cant which is a straight drop you won’t have this issue. I like JM custom kydex. So search for a proper holster.

      @@SirPhilMcCrackinVonBeggington by the way I bought this holster and it has adjustable cant. At 10 degrees it does not place the optic below the belt so you are good to go.

    Hello.
    Like the video. Just bought the pdp compact 4".
    Looking for a holster to fit it. I see your gun has red dot and a light and fits good into the holster. I had a question you might be able to answer. Will that holster hold the gun tight and secure if i just carry the gun without the light or red dot?
    I've read some reviews that the light has to be on the gun to properly hold it in the holster.
    Is that true?
    Thanks.

      Most holster makers will give you a time window on their site. Usually a few weeks minimum

    What do you have a red dot and light on your concealed carry for?

    • @Vooz_WoW
      @Vooz_WoW Год назад

      Target acquisition. If you can't see what you're shooting then why would you have your gun out. You're not always going to have sunlight/light in bad situations. Optics help some people get on target faster and are used by military/leo for their carry back up weapons. Why? Because they work.

    • @whatsup24_7
      @whatsup24_7 Год назад +1

      @@Vooz_WoW if you can see enough to tell that your life is in danger then you can see enough to see tritium night sights. Almost 100% of self defense shootings are less than 21 feet away. You will be point & shooting. You're gonna have a split second to react. It's not like at the range shooting targets. If someone is up on you and you need a red dot then you better start training everyday because you have a lot of work to do. I wasn't talking about police and military, I'm talking about civilian concealed carry. Police pursue criminals and often take shots at much further distances and will stand there aiming at a criminal for whatever reason so a red dot is more necessary for them. Two different things. Talk to police that have used their pistol in very close distances and they'll all say they point and shoot and rely on their training. Well if they don't know you they may say they are lining up sights or an optic for liability reasons.
