They improved so much in their sound. This is a very refreshing sounding album that sounds very new, and different from their previous albums. But it's still typically Carach Angren. Even the mix and master sound good now!

finally a carach angren album with more emphasis on rythm and groove. thats what made the first two albums so special to me. after that they kinda lost me a bit with the extensive use of overly symphonic and theatrical songwriting. this record seems like a return to an old form, good stuff!

For me this album goes down in history with secuessfully blending Extreem Metal with Symphonic Horror movie styles : including albums like Flesh God Apocalpyse : Agony / Omega-Arcane - and The Great Mass - what a masterpiece

3 songs in, and it's already my favorite Carach Angren album so far. The riffs and grooves are so much more meaningful. I like some of the stuff from the last couple albums too, but this has more clarity and is just more crisp. The last couple albums were just a little too busy and it was easy to get lost in all the craziness.
