Your commitment to prayer is VERY inspirational Rhonda!! And I pray for God's safety over your ambitious farmers in all their exciting building ventures!
Always a pleasure watching your men work and how well they all get along. Dads the CEO of the construction project and everyone respects his opinion and he is always open to new ideas. Great family work ethics.
NO Surprise on the Over Sell of the Dish Clothes. We bought a few and a few more of them on Etsy earlier this year and Love them. They are Durable and Don’t Smell.
I just absolutely love watching these videos! One things for sure... that door ain't going anywhere, except up and down. Thanks for the entertainment .
Video awesome, as always! The door is coming along very good. It’ll be nice to see it finished. Thank you for your prayers. I’ll pray for you all your friends from Virginia.
Yep, glass would be beautiful except for the shard shower that already would have occurred. The shop must be working.... "CLOSE THE DOOR". That door is awesome and you guys are awesome!
Great job I enjoyed the video I live in Kentucky we have not had a lot of snow here yet not where I am anyway take care and God bless you and your family
Great content Rhonda!!! Thank you!!! The men are doing a wonderful job on that huge door!!! Nice fab work!!! I love it!! You all please be careful and God bless and keep you close to Himself, in Jesus Name!!!! Eddy
Glad that you had a blessed Thanksgiving. I would appeciate prayer me. I am 77 years old and 2 years ago I had a devastating hurt. I was in a 2 year relationship with a woman I still love dearly. SHe was a narcissist and dropped me very suddenly for no good reason other than to hurt me. She needs prayer for true salvation. Thanks. I enjoy all the activity on your channel. I live in upstate NY dairy farming area.
It was funny, l had just said Sanders needs a new coat for Christmas and you said the same thing right afterwards. 😂🤣 The door is going to work pretty much the way l thought it would.
Good times had by all!!! I think if I worked for you guys,.....my sides would be aching from all the laughing I would be doing. (Ha!Ha!) It looks like when the big overhead door is open, it will block a lot of light from your outside overhead light. You may have to put up a side light or two, if you work on things in the dark outside. Or possibly large portable lights. I know that I have asked for prayers in the past, and want to Thank You again for all your prayers.
Nice job on the door, I hope it continues to go well for ya. Congrats on the sale of the items for you and McKenzie. I hope your day is going good and you have a great week!
Thanks for the intro Rhonda..I lost my Mother on the Saturday and my Father the following Tuesday...All in late November 2003....so yes its a sombre time for me....That is some door...Great engineering guys....Stay safe and see you soon
I went outside at 7 this morning to see a large flock of geese heading south. The 2 1/2 inches of snow we got yesterday reminded me of a Currier and Ives painting. Hope Kevin is using the military trick I passed on last winter to help keep his feet dry. Enjoy the beauty even through the challenge, blessings to the farm and family.
Hi Ronda! My son and I were up your way on Friday evening the 22nd, I believe it was.We left home with three inches of snow on the ground and by the time we made the MI line on l69 it was hardly noticeable, and warmer. We went to Stanton for some Case Tractor cab parts. Got those and a few more we thought of on the way. Came back to Indiana and the snow, but it melted off the next day.Yours must have been lake effect snow, if it was that same time period. Hope the geometry works putting the cylinders on. I suppose you can put stroke limiters on like on farm equipment so the door doesn't get sucked through the door opening. Anyway, have fun with engineering.
Now that's a door. Cant imagine how much moulah you guys have saved by doing this yourselves. Really nice, and great work fellas. You need a blackboard on the side area to write things down???
You had to have put a lot of thought and planning in that door. I truely admire your skills and hard work and how you have all worked together on this ginormous project. Not many people could take on a project like building this shop from start to finish all themselves. That is no small feat. How awesome it will be when it is done and you all can stand back and say, "Yeah. We did that". One thing though guys. You all got think about safety! I cannot believe he has standing on those forks spread out like that, way up in the air, on slippery steal with boots that more than likely had snow on the bottom of them making the contact points extremely slippery and dangerous! I was holding my breath the whole time! Geez that was dangerous! I was so glad when he was back on the ground! I could breath again! Please don't do that anymore! Rhonda, if you could, could you please say a prayer for my daughter. She is a 38 years old, and has a 12 year old little boy. She needs a heart transplant, and has a long road ahead of her.
just in the time I have been watching the view count has went up 350. hello from Independence mo. our low was 17 yesterday and is currently 29. burr! the wind blowing in the door sent shivers through me like wind blowing through a screen door. blessings to you all.
My wife is in California while our adult daughter is preparing to have 21 teeth extracted after she had reconstructive jaw joint surgery a few years ago. I am getting my own meals together. My wife flies back December 22. I am watching our Livestream Church Service this morning. We would appreciate you praying for our daughter as she goes through this time. 😊
So far that stuff is all around us here in Saginaw? Hopefully it stays that way all winter, 😀 Love the channel and thank you again for bringing us along. Hope you had a nice Thansgiving.
Your videos are always great Rhonda. We had a good holiday and sounds like you all did too. Are cold here in eastern Ia but no snow yet. Was 10 degrees at chore time this morning. Our P.B.hair sheep will start lambing at xmas time. Hope all is well up in Michigan, Take care. Ia.
Great job on the fabricating, lifting and setting the door in place. A mag-drill with annular cutter pilot pin would make really light work of all steel drilling jobs around the farm. Also a lifting choker with a shackle would be the safest way to go but glad to see moms orders to doubled up the chain for safety.
Hello from South Central Wisconsin. Rhonda, you and Kevin are my favorites. I love and learn a lot from Kevin and son's fabrications. Your boy's expressions crack me up. Keep up the great work and excellent content videos.
We have had a few snowfalls this year. The biggest was 12 inches about one week ago in Calgary Alberta. That is a lot of snow to shovel off a driveway.
Your commitment to prayer is VERY inspirational Rhonda!! And I pray for God's safety over your ambitious farmers in all their exciting building ventures!
You guys are so real! You are refreshing to watch in a crazy world. Prayers for you and your family as well!
We appreciate your prayers!
That is one big door. It's made well and will work just fine. Anxious to see the hydraulic system work on the first opening.
Ronda you are a great testimony of God's love.
Farm engineering at its best.

It is definitely a door! Standard overhead door seems to me to be a better option. Will be interesting to see it operate
Happy Thanksgiving from Southwest Virginia
@timpingel9607 just about all new farm shops have this style of swing out doors nowadays!
If there’s one thing I’ve learnt. It is you cannot fix stupid!
You’ve heard of the saying, tripping over a dollar to save a nickel!
Toujours de belles vidéos et j'apprécie les explications de votre vie active dans la ferme

we were ~ 38 C last night that makes the mud hard in Alberta
Have they thought about tying into the wall with cables or metal straps? Just thinking out loud. It looks great open 👍
Great video guys ❤❤

We have had a few snowfalls this year. The biggest was 12 inches about one week ago in Calgary Alberta. That is a lot of snow to shovel off a driveway.
We are under a warning right now. Could get up to 12 inches. Wait and see...
Always look forward to your vlogs. I just purchased 4 small bars of McKenzie's soap for Xmas gifts
Thanks for your support!
You may have your hands full with the Christmas card thing.
It's always fun receiving cards!! I'm up for a challenge. 😄
@@acresofclayhomestead Cool.
