The instructor herself is changing the position with abrupt jerk which can give you disadvantages and pain later on. Please go to the proper person or now a days online is also available in a batch of 21 days or so.

We usually have a dinner at 7:00 PM and go to sleep about 10:30 PM to 11:00 PM 🥰
