Im currently playing Spider-Man ps4 mad about no fall damage and the fact that the whole game is pressing R2. There's a big difference in freedom of playing and actually feeling like you're doing the things spiderman is doing. All the wall running and sprint button and web slinging are all one button. It gets bland really quickly. Spiderman 2 is not as pretty but it was 100% more rewarding to play. Spiderman ps4 is just the better combat game as it should be i think more people care about that anyway. I still play for the combat.
