You've done some amazing work in the past, but this 'quick and dirty' build is an inspiration for others! so many capri's are tucked away, awaiting a bit of welding, or £5k+ paint jobs, which you just don't need, just get e'm put back together and enjoy them whilst you still can!
Yep, I put my Capri in the garage in 2014 with the intention of sorting it and now 10 years later I've just done the first welding job on it. Not going to fuss over it being perfect I just want to drive it again.
Thank you Adey, I am of the opinion to just drive this one and enjoy, the next episode is next week so you will see it in its current state, and how I have enjoyed it all summer! Ep3 will be the start of the engine swap :)
@@jamesmoncur good lad, get it solid and on the road again. You won’t regret it! And you will find that everyone loves it… mine gets more attention than supercars 😂😂
Was wondering when this one was going to show ots head😊 good job to many fuss for perfection and never end up driving the thing. Ive had a mini hiding for 7 years now
Were you having a good time when you shot it? If you were, it'll be grand, Kris! On the "drill" for this car; first, it's your car- so only you have to be thrilled with how it turns out, two, you want it to be a daily driver- a somewhat tired paint job and the odd super mart basket ding are to be expected, three, it's PROJECT car, and project cars are never through! A new arrival, you say! Congratulations, and now we know what you were up too when not editing! I hope all are well and hale! It'll be month or so before you get distracted again- so, pick up all the tools you've strewn about, apologize to them and carry on! Fred
Nice to hear from you Kris and very best wishes to you and Mrs D for a strong and healthy new family member 🙏❤️
