I’m not one of those people because I see her as the crew’s spy in that she’s a devoted member but does work that they can’t do which prohibits her from traveling with them, sort of like CP9’s undercover op in Water 7.
This song makes me feel extremely calm and even nostalgic on way, even though I only started watching this anime a few months ago. Watching One Piece and discarding the "The anime is too long" arguments I used to use was the best decision I've ever made. This is literally my favorite anime of all time now.
I like how before you watch one piece and see that there are 900 episodes your start to rethink about watching it but a few months pass and your at wano.. then you start to wish that they were 9000 episodes:')

I started this show last year when i was going through a real bad patch in my life, currently im 600 eps in, its the one of the best choices i have made, this show is genuinley one of the only reasons i kept pushing and kept living, and now im in a really good place, im not doing perfect of course but im content with my life at the moment and thats more than i could ask for
Glad you kept pushing. It's a played out sentiment but this show really does show the strength of human will, and it really is the friends you make along the way/your goals and dreams. Not that I base my world view on shonen anime, but it really does reinforce ideas of perseverance and adapting. In that way OP has gotten me thru a lot of badbad patches in the last 20 years ive been watching. Just the idea of inherited will, Saul's speech to Robin, and Hiriluk's speech, the numerous tragic backstories with characters that keep it pushing. Idk it's empowering. Either way though, hope you're in an even better place now a year later. We gonna make it Laughtale together ✊🏼

Robin's whole character arc of realizing and getting the chance to believe that she wanted to live is truly what made me see that it was worth pushing on, Saul's speech and her regaining her will stick with me to this day.
I just cought up to the latest episode of One Piece and I just wanted to say that this show was worth my time it taught me so many things that you don't learn in real life
Personally it showed me that no matter how tough things may seem or how hard it may be to cope with certain things, be it in the present or the past, things will always get better. You are never alone with anything you are dealing with and there will always be people out there who will help you, protect you and stick by your side. Nobody is destined to be alone.
I was about to catch up last year, and i knew wano wouldnt be finished, i think it was around ep 950 mark. So ive been rewatching, taking my time, only watching when i feel like. Slowly making my way back, about to finish dressrosa! Been a nostalgia trip, rewatching has been awesome😄 Looking forward to the rest of wano, really hyped!
One piece has been such a wolf ride. This intro has arlong park, little garden, drum island, alabasta, skypia, water 7, enies lobby, thriller bark, sabody, and fishman island. We have been though a huge journey watching one piece and me and my dad watched every episode together. Cheering, being mad, crying, all throughout this journey of the characters. This ending makes me think back to when we first started one piece. This show will always have a place in my heart. Thank you Oda.
I was 8 when I started one piece, I'm now 22, I often cry listening to this music bc I have lived a big part of my life comforting myself during tough time in this perfect place that this fiction is for me. I feel so little and lost, and I'm also filled with joy, it's like I have lived through one piece for a big part of my adolescence, and it hurts to assume that. My life feel so bittersweet when I hear it, anyone has that with any other fiction ?
That's me with Tokyo ghoul, aot, and other smaller shows I started watching when i was 9. Im honestly grateful to have those comforting feelings from the ost's, because I visit them even now when Im emotionally overwhelmed
I can definitely understand the comforting aspect where it takes you out of reality and almost to a better place where it's no negativity and feels like the people are your friends or family. I waited off on one piece for a long time I actually just started it a while ago. But for me what is similar in the way you feel, would be naruto. I watch it with my kids. Music and shows are nostalgic for us and take us back to a place and give us a certain feeling. I look at it as art as it is supposed to give you these feelings and I'm sure the creators would be very happy to know their work has fans that are that attached to it.

Sure, other fiction sometimes do that, but for me, even though it hasn’t even been a year since I started One Piece, I firmly believe there’s not a single other piece of fiction out there that compares to OP, and none has impacted me as much as this show. I’m gonna be so depressed when it ends 😅

Im going to rewatch one piece from the very beginning soon. I stopped at dressrosa because of the slow pacing, but the older episode had a charm to them
This is the only ending which made me genuinely appreciate the simple scope of the mugiwara pirates. The sheer amoumt of crazy adventures they lived through is staggering. And this ending perfectly encapsulates that. It makes me think: "huh, I guess we've been through a lot, eh?" And for that it forever will be my favourite OP ending, and one of my favourite pieces of music by proxy.

Thank you for this! and for including Vivi! Such detail in this ending. I laughed at candle-pose Zoro and Nami burying her face in her hands in annoyance during the Davy Back Fight. And keeping the thing of showing the Strawhats in order of their joining - except for small switches when they interact with another Strawhat who joined earlier. I love Robin in this ending, too - Before she really joined the crew, her character in this ending is always facing away from everyone, but when she fully joins, you can see her smiling and interacting with the crew. Watching this is such a great nostalgic feeling, like taking your favorite school yearbook off the shelf.
My favorite outro from the show I’m pretty sure they stopped doing outros long before fishman island so I have to give a hand to whomever animated all the rest of that. You’re Amazing
Perfect summary of One Piece. You can see Luffy’s change in demeanor after the timeskip. In summary his more serious demeanor was a great piece of character development.

This is one of the best anime ending themes I've ever seen in my entire life animation-wise, music-wise, and lyric-wise. All of One Piece's opening and ending themes are absolutely incredible imo. I love the long opening format when Toei started them after ending 18 (Adventure World), don't get me wrong, but I really wish they kept making the ending themes, they were all so incredible.
I started one piece then dropped it because I heard how long it was, sooo glade I picked it up just finished the fish man island arc man this anime has made me laugh, cry and get SUPER hype I love it and this outro holds a place in my heart.
Upon all of the endings One Piece has, this one will forever stand at the top of them. It perfectly conveys the emotions of the adventures the crew has and the wonder that comes in each passing moment. But not only about wonder but the feeling of never wanting to let go, no matter how foolish or backwards it may seem to others its OUR DREAM TO LIVE. The Straw Hats portray that pursuit of desire so beautifully and I'm beyond joyful to be a witness on their journeys.
I binged near the entirety of One Piece starting in September of 2021, it’s now March 2022, i’m on episode 985, This is the most amazing journey one could ever experience. It may seem daunting, if I (a 22 year old w/ severe ADHD can do it then you can! It’s amazing, if I could ask for one thing in this life, it would be to have my memory of One Piece wiped so I could watch it fresh again. It’s life changing.

I feel really connected to Nami’s story and have experienced a lot of trauma in my life and fear and like I wasn’t going to make it but one piece helped me realize that I could depend on people to help me and that I really could ask for people for help!

Such detail in this ending. I laughed at candle-pose Zoro and Nami burying her face in her hands in annoyance during the Davy Back Fight. And keeping the thing of showing the Strawhats in order of their joining - except for small switches when they interact with another Strawhat who joined earlier.
I love Robin in this ending, too - Before she really joined the crew, her character in this ending is always facing away from everyone, but when she fully joins, you can see her smiling and interacting with the crew.
Watching this is such a great nostalgic feeling, like taking your favorite school yearbook off the shelf.

Perfect summary of One Piece. You can see Luffy’s change in demeanor after the timeskip. In summary his more serious demeanor was a great piece of character development.

This is one of the best anime ending themes I've ever seen in my entire life animation-wise, music-wise, and lyric-wise. All of One Piece's opening and ending themes are absolutely incredible imo. I love the long opening format when Toei started them after ending 18 (Adventure World), don't get me wrong, but I really wish they kept making the ending themes, they were all so incredible.
I started one piece then dropped it because I heard how long it was, sooo glade I picked it up just finished the fish man island arc man this anime has made me laugh, cry and get SUPER hype I love it and this outro holds a place in my heart.
Theres something so nostalgic about this song. Sometimes i need to take a moment and remember how beautiful life is and appreciate everything i have.
Upon all of the endings One Piece has, this one will forever stand at the top of them. It perfectly conveys the emotions of the adventures the crew has and the wonder that comes in each passing moment. But not only about wonder but the feeling of never wanting to let go, no matter how foolish or backwards it may seem to others its OUR DREAM TO LIVE. The Straw Hats portray that pursuit of desire so beautifully and I'm beyond joyful to be a witness on their journeys.

I binged near the entirety of One Piece starting in September of 2021, it’s now March 2022, i’m on episode 985, This is the most amazing journey one could ever experience. It may seem daunting, if I (a 22 year old w/ severe ADHD can do it then you can! It’s amazing, if I could ask for one thing in this life, it would be to have my memory of One Piece wiped so I could watch it fresh again. It’s life changing.
