@prabathPk belt doesn't make noise on itself but it's the drive system which makes the noise

Bro aapke btane pe. Clutch clean karwa liya service center ke mechanic se 200 rupe de kar. Usne mere samne sab kuch clean kiya clutch shoe, pully, roller, variator, belt bhi new, par abhi bhi 40-55 speed pe Vibration kar rahi Or 70+ speed pe smooth chalti hai gadi. Hero Duet 7500km chali hai abhi. Ab kya kharabi hai dost mere.?? Please btye

Anyone attempting to do this on their own, needs to know the amount of torque to be applied to the variator and clutch housing nuts! They require high amount of torque else the nuts may come off, in absence of proper holding tools it would make sense to use some thread locker! Nice content, looking fwd to more!
Thread locker can be applied but i haven't seen any manufacturer using it on these threads that's why u didn't mention that.... Anyways thanks a lot for the tip buddy... More content is on it's way.
@@JeetBhaskar yea, locker in case you dont have a clutch or variator lock tool to tighten it enough. 😉Cheers
30-35ft-lbs for variator and clutch bell. I'm not sure and the big 38mm nut on the clutch holding the spring. But please don't use his method of removing the 38mm nut. That's dangerous AF. Also DONT USE GREASE IN YOUR CVT like he did. That's not where you put it. You don't want it flinging around inside there.

Good video, full of knowledge. I too own 2 TVS Jupiters 15 & 17 model 15 is very smooth. 17 model is full of vibrations after riding for 25 kms my hands become numb. My suggestion please include price list of all parts you have changes.

@analyst_11 Yes, we fixed the issue. I thought it was a clutch issue, but it was just clutche assembly bearing and drive belt issue.

I have Jupiter 2017 model and have clocked 3000kms, Don't have handle vibration problem, however my pickup is okayis, not happy with the pickup and how transmission rolls and not get speed.
I have recently serviced vehicle but problem still persist, mechanic said nothing to do in clutch.
What do you suggest, pls reply it will really help.
Carburetor tuned and cleaned, air filter cleaned, engine oil and cvt oil changed in service 2 days back.
Welcome buddy.... If you feel some difference in pickup compare to your first day then there is some need of work... However if you are feeling low pickup from the day one than that's the character of this scooter... It's acceleration is a bit different than that of the activa... Anyways there's no need of doing anything to the clutch part till 6000 kms... Get it cleaned at 6k.... And if there's a difference in pickup compare to the day you bought it then that can be an improper carb tuning as well but consider that character difference first before getting any work done.
@@JeetBhaskar Yes I guess so it is same as it was on the 1st day, guess need proper carb tunning. I did drive TVS Ntorq and man I was amazed

Hii jeet i purchased the tvs Jupiter scootey on December 2022 now I'm facing an issue in it when the engine is getting heated up the engine makes a ticking noise but the noise will not be there when the engine is cool and soon starts after 5 mins while the engine is on and running could you please help me with this problem??
