Ride for 20 min Then open the cover And adjust the Air/Fuel mixing nuts It is a range, set it on least fuel setting. And you will get slightly better average VERY IMPORTANT Activa can run comfortable on a very slight fuel from accelerator because it is variable gear moto scooter. Your habit of twisting the accelerator throttle more to gain speed faster pumps in more fuel in the chamber and wastes fuel... Accelerator as little as possible will take you to 40~50kmph but slowly so let Activa do the job .. don't pump in more petrol in the chamber then cry why it is not giving mileage गाड़ी रमतानेका नहीं आराम से चलने का

Hi, I am having an Aviator Disc scooter. It is a very new bike which is about to complete one year in this October. The scenario is my bike got slipped and fell down at a very low speed during the Summer(May). From that time onwards, the bike is stretching a bit towards right side. I had shown to the service centre technician when I had went for the servicing. That guy reported that there is a bit minor stretching is there. At first stage replacing a handbar will solve the problem, else the maim rod needs to be changed. Also mentioned that its not a must to replace as the stretching is minor(hardly 10%). Is there any way wherein I can solve this problem at my home by myself? Please provide the appropriate answer

Brother my handle vibrated because of bad front tyre it had manufacturing defect. It was of TVS. So i think vibration can also be due to tyre.

But mine activa has only done 2500 km still vibrations are coming when the engine is cold and when it starts moving till 5-10km/hr then it runs smooth

Use kick start in activa everything will ok.

Bhai mujhe bhi ye prob hai 4500 ke aas paas chali h abhi scooter 4g ..... service center dikhaya unhone clutch shoe saaf krdiye fir 2din chalaya scooter muskil se 9-10 km fir thodi thodi yahi prob ho rahi hai kya kru bhai .....jab accelerate krta hu 0 se to scooter jhatke marta h handle hilta h plzz bataye bhai
My problem is if the engine is heated after 7 8 km then there is vibration and more acce. And make sound on clutch shoe area.Is it of duplicate clutch shoe
bhai meri activa me se hawa nikalne ki awaz ati hai, jese truck me jab brake lagate hai to air nikane ki awaz ati hai bilkul wese hi awaz ati hai.
