    I found you on the right time . I have had a very painful two years . I have been depressed and anxious raising a two year old . I felt depleted trying to loose the baby weight . Went on to starve myself and I ended up more depressed and anxious and I feel like it is very hard to have a normal day. I stared norusing my body and copying your recipes and 5 days in I can tell you I feel better j feel like I can get out of this . God knew I needed these

    I’m 4 months postpartum and I’m losing hair like crazy- I can literally pull out hair by handfuls in the shower!
    My husband and I live in Alberta and all of our family are in Ontario- it definitely gets lonely doing motherhood on my own with no family around.
    These are lovely reminders, thanks! 💕

      You’ve got this!
      My pp was hard, I smelt, my hair was falling out, I was moody, emotional, plagued by feelings of mum guilt. I also had a low milk supply and that was hard too.
      Your hair will stop falling out and this will feel quite abrupt so hang in there.
      You’ve got this.
      Honour how you feel it will help you love though these feelings. Wrap yourself up with love from others but most of all love from yourself 🥰

    Thank you ma’am for this lovely video you made. God bless your soul. I am a mother of 1 my son just started kindergarten and my work schedule changed I went from an evening shift to a morning shift. I would cook before work but now I have to cook after work. It is my first week and I feel so stressed. Today I just had my first meal it is 7:00 pm and I woke up at 6:30 I had a pb sandwich and an apple. Anyways my point is everything you said was on point and I appreciate it. thank you 🙏🏽

    Thank you! This really helps. My baby is 4 months old and I feel so tired, my skin is bad and I am loosing hair like crazy. I'm the only one of my girlfriends with a child so I feel pretty lost sometimes.

    Hey Margaret, as a believer I felt compelled to ask that you and your sister research the spiritual aspect of yoga. There are huge implications and opening of our minds and spirits to the enemy through yoga, the kundalini spirit, etc. praying that you will receive this in love and prayerfully consider looking into it!

    I'm turning 50 next month and I see women in their 30 and 40's workout WAY to hard and long. Hours of cardio and running will age women soooo fast. I try to only 1 15-20 min HIIT workout and one sprint workout per/week. The rest of the time is light yoga and evening walks. Chill ladies and you'll look 30 when you are 50;)

      oh I love it! I wish I would have known it sooner, honestly. Such a healing way to live is to respect one's body by rest.
