I Google anything I'm thinking about buying. Search for factory recalls and owner reviews of general problems. I pretty much do that with anything I will buy if it's a purchase I'm not certain about.
I been in contact with several dealerships to try and get into new bike reviews for my channel. Test rides are soo much fun, and better than not getting to ride before you buy at all but definitely doesnt compare to a long term review where you get to track the bike, street it and run it for a good while
Great vid CC, I find it's always best to watch 'owners reviews' or 'long term reviews' to gain a better understanding of the costs and whatnot of the bike that the professionals don't go over.
I've never had a problem getting a test ride at any dealer. I think the advantage is going during low traffic hours or off season for a test ride. I think it's important. If for nothing else than for vibrations and ergos.
The place i went to has a no test riding rule. I told that dealer that another dealership thats 100miles away is willing to let me test ride it but i didnt want to travel out that far but will have to if they dont let me ride b4 buy. Long story short, they let me test ride and i drove off with a new bike☺
Yeah I bought the 2011 one and it was a pile of shit. Lost a turbo at 17000 kms and got a second one and that started playing up as well. Got a Ford ranger instead with better fuel economy and a bigger engine. Research is important I agree with you. I researched my new car for a year before I bought it. Same with my bike I asked a lot of people that had one and Im more than happy with my k8 gsxr 750.
i just bought the first bike i saw i didnt even have a permit but i wanted a bike. got the bike then got the license. luckily i bought the best bike ever made. i love my honda cbr600 double rrrrrrrrrrrrr. then i youtubed honda cbr600rr and found cycle cruza and here i am watching youtube. funny how life works
Cheers mate! I agree with you, but I still gonna by Ducati. The thing is, if I consider all details, I can't find the bike that would fulfill all my needs. I always find some a deal breaker. Still I am doing researches and waiting for the good one. Wish you all the best and to your public as well.
You say that you would never buy a Ducati for maintenance costs... well here is a 13,000 Km / 8000 mile report on my 2015 Multistrada for you... First major service is at 30,000 Km / 18,000 miles... very reasonable. I've had no 'major' issues so far. Have had 2 recalls... side stand weld (replace side stand) and faulty fuel sender switch. Fuel sender being done this week. The keyless ignition antenna was faulty... replaced under warranty. Other than that, a new set of tires (Angel GT D-Spec) and oil/filter, at the appropriate intervals... I highly recommend Ducati... ✔✔✔ Side Note... she runs Hot... if you are looking to get a 30°c / 85° Fred (or hotter) gridlock commuter.... look elsewhere. In those temps, stopped, at idle, your legs will cook...
Good points man. It's really easy to name all the good things about a bike based on a test ride only. It takes experience to point out the negative things about it. And of course, personal preference is different for everybody.
I completely agree to what you say! But if you buy a used bike, take it to a mechanic. Not only test ride! I bought a Z 750j and on the same day I brought it to a mechanic to install something. Turned out the bike has had a crash and the frame might be damaged. I sold at a huge loss. The next bike I bought Z750L had only a view km and so I didnt think anything coukd be damaged, turned out handle bar was damaged. Managed to drop the price a bit. Learn from my mistakes. If you buy from a dealer you might not have to go to a mechanic before buying. BUT DO IF YOU BUY PRIVATE. Dont trust people! I am very sure the Z750J seller knew it
hay cyclecruza I am cruiser type a guy and next year I am going to trade in my yamaha r6 with harley dyna street bob I can't speed here any way cops are on every corner I love the seating position on cruiser bikes
I just did. Turns out I like it even better than I thought I did during the demo. You have a point though, I did do a lot of research before the demo, but that ride definitely cocked the gun. When I got back to the showroom I was ready to pull the trigger.
I just watched two of your video bud and loved them! really like your content although I do not own a bike yet, I feel I could learn a lot from this channel to help me pick out the perfect bike for when I'm ready. this channel brings great laughs and great info keep it up 👌👌.
Your so right and right on the money again,I never ever buy on test rides only.I do research and ask a lot of folks what they think and I try to go to a lot of dealerships and see how many are sitting on lots. That alone tells a wealth of information in itself.Besides if they have to be there and do not let you alone go they will only take it places it will do good, they know how good or crappy it is.Soon as they say that to me I'm out the door.Stay safe bro peace.
agreed, you have to search the info before you wanna test ride (and buy). Man MT 10 is so fcking awesome bike, but if i buy that bike, i can't eat for 25 years LOL
I made that mistake on my first bike still have it today but when I first bought my bike I took it for a test ride, very nice and smooth! But on the electrical aspect the blinkers didn't work, horn, stop lights didn't work either, and no flush mount blinkers. I was super excited on my ride that I didn't pay attention to those, but mind that this was my first time buying a bike. So pay attention to those electrical stuff too!
Thanks so much cycle cruza. I'm bent on buying a used ninja 250r or the older 1988 ex250 both have pro and cons. for example the 2008 ninja 250r is more quiet, has a fuel gauge, vibrations are less (but the 250cc both don't vibrate much so who cares) and the 250r has more aftermarket parts. The 1988 ex250 has a center stand, has a stronger top end, fairings are easy to pull off, and this bike has a softer seat compared to the ninja 250r(also larger). cons ninja 250r: it's more heavy than the ex250, has a weaker top end, does not have a helmet lock, harder seat. cons ex250: vibrates more, harder cold starts do to larger carburetor diameter , is louder stock, it's so light that the wind pushes it around like a rag doll, is not well known (harder to find parts), zzr250 (canadian ex250) model comes with better fairings to flow the air the American version does not and this bike does not have a fuel gauge. So which one do I chose found both of these bikes: 2008 ninja 250r $2100 and 1996 ex250 $1995 both in great shape.
True i always do research on most anything i buy of a certain value not only vehicles it can save you a lot of headaches down the road, but a test ride on a new or used bike is imho should be manditory. once i almost bought a VF 1000 Honda thinking it would be my ¨dream bike ¨ my opinion changed 180 degrees after the test ride.
Funny, I have never test rode any bike I bought. First one was in 99 and I bought an R1. Second was an 05 CBR 600RR, third, 08 GSXR 1K. Then I got risky and bought a 2014 Harley 48 and made that thing into a fun ape hangin chopper. Well, Haley was only fun for a year and I just started getting tired of it so I bought a new Super duke 1290 R two days ago. Love it so far. But tall but whatever.
Cycle Cruza, love the videos, keep them coming. Question....what's your thoughts on the Hayabusas? I'm debating between that and one like yours. thanks
BMW does restrict the RPM on new S1000rr bikes and some other bikes for the first few thousand miles. But from my understanding, they keep a restriction on the s1000rr for the demo bikes, probably to prevent some fool from redlining the demo bike to death. lol
CycleCruza, have you given Victory motorcycles or the new Indians a go? I'm considering moving up to a larger bike, but I think that cruisers are probably more my thing. They're rather low on maintenance as well. Absolutely. I did precisely one test ride when I got my current bike. I'd done my homework and the test ride was more of a formality.
A truck or suv with a smaller engine will get worse gas mileage than a v8 model of the same vehicle. A smaller engine has to work harder to move a heavy truck than a bigger engine that's cruising along at a lower rpm
A test ride can be useful but you need to do more research than that. Go look at recall information, check bike specific forums for common problems with the bike you're looking at, look at comparable bikes (do all of the above on every bike) and maybe even some that aren't in the same class (sport bike, dual sport, super moto, cruiser, etc.) I'm not saying get a bike you don't like, but if you know you are willing to ride a slightly different bike than the one you have in mind... Another thing if you know someone who has the bike you're looking at that's broken in and got some miles on it see if they'll let you test ride it so you can see what it'll be like after the "new" wears off... Especially if you plan to own it more than 6 months.
If yall wunna bike with character go buy a 1980s honda cr500 and convert it to a road bike(if two stroke road bikes are legal where you live). That thing will pleasure a girl just idling. Honda stopped making the fuqr because no one could ride the power band. It was to ridiculously hard to handle for anyone who rode it
CC, I just sold my 2010 R6 and thinking about possibly getting a CBR1000RR (before I bought the R6 almost bought a cbr600). But wndering, how tall are you and is it "comfortable". R6 has a very aggressive sitting and got kinda sick of it pretty quickly (taking gf on it all the time). Heard cbr's are much more comfortable for being a sport bike. Is that true? Thanks man!!!
Yes, it is more comfortable but you will have to take brakes after an hour or so. You will love the power on the 1000 and it is little LESS leaning forward than your R6.
None of the supersports are really that comfortable BUT the CBR's and GSX-R's tend to be more comfortable then the rest. However, honda made the cbr1000rr less comfortable starting in 2014, made the riding position more aggressive for some odd reason. If you really want comfort, get a super naked like a FZ-10, CB1000r, S1000rr, Tuono, etc. Btw, I'm 6ft and fit fine on my bike and couldn't imagine being any taller on it. Really, these superbikes were not made for tall folks.
1st off. for example: if you read in a forum that a bike has a certain problem, and there are a few users that have the same problem - remember, there were thousands of bikes made, and you are just a few. and it doesn't make it a global problem for all bikes of that brand and model... so reading forums and deciding on that is bullshit
Right? C2W doesn't even read up on the bikes before he test rides them, which makes his reviews highly subjective and as such, largely useless for his viewers. He IS entertaining, though. Maybe you could start your own review series: "Cruza on Two Wheels" - well versed, but also battle hardened by way of his trials and tribulations on the indelible Chinese scoota. ;)
You never gonna buy a cruiser? You test ride a slow Harley bike and all cruisers bulky and slow? Harley's do have character, but to get performance you might have to spend 50K on total package. Now look at the Yamaha Raider. That bike has Japanese reliability. A 10yr/200Kmi engine warranty! I don't know if there is a faster air cooled V-Twin cruiser on the market, but I can tell you it really scoots. Very lively feel. Do some homework on this one, CylceCruza. 113 cubic inches of cruiser perfection!
Definitely do an insurance check. Was about to get an FZ 09 till I get an insurance quote and ended up with the 07, $1k less insurance for some reason.
I like it, i bought a Duke 390 in may which is a great bike too it's just not enough to handle long highway trips like over an hour. so i figured i'd get better deal in fall then spring and i did. I could have just as easily started out with the FZ 07 though.
Carry out research but test ride too before you make up your mind. You need to know how its going to feel sitting in that saddle over all kinds of roads.
don't buy Aprilia toooo high maintenance man I have a 2012 tuono and I blew my motor by aggressive downshifting.... so I had to buy a used motor I've been out of commission since April 13 my bike will be ready Fri.......never ever ever think about buying European anyone out there get Japanese
Hey man, got my bike last month. 94 Kawasaki Ninja 500 (EX500). been watching videos to help me ride better and got lucky to find your channel. Honest opinions mostly based on first hand experiences. Any tips on how to practice riding? A way to progress one step at a time? Feel that I can drive within the neighborhood in stop and go streets pretty well. Still not sure about expressways. Definitely not highways. How do I progress efficiently and safely.
That's going to depend on the person. However, u-turns, close quarters maneuvering and corners tend to be difficult for a lot of people. If you want to get really good at u-turns, you'll want to just do smaller and smaller donuts around a cone and get as far up and outside the bike as possible while doing it. Do it in both directions, then practice doing large figure eights and make them smaller and smaller. Personally, for the other stuff, I tend to pick roads that have a condition I'm looking for and ride them over and over again until I'm able to go as fast as the visibility and other conditions allow.
Thanks Chris, I have been practicing slow 5 - 10 mph U turns and figure 8s. Ill try to find some routes with no frequent stop signs and relatively low traffic.
Suresh Kumar No problem. Most of this is just a matter of getting used to it. I know that my bike is able to lean a lot farther than I think it can without any trouble. Depending upon your bike's clearance and length, you might not need to absolutely minimize the u-turn radius. But, it's still nice to not have to do y-turns. The other one that people often have issues with is steep hills. But, if you don't live in an area with steep hills, then you'll have to put that off for the future.
Steep hills are all around where I live, but accessible through highways, so that is not a risk I want to take before Im confident of my reaction skills. Ill definitely start practicing Y turns, thanks for that tip!
Character is not just unreliability and undesirable qualities. It's good-with-the-bad. It's also sweet, original exhaust note, beautiful styling, grunting low-end and mid-range. I was pulling up to a stop light the other day, the light went green and a panigale cruised by at low speed in the adjacent lane. Rider was in his uncomfortable, full forward, upright position, but he got all the looks on that corner. Of course, most people didn't even know it was a panigale, but it's beautiful styling, its sound and the way it made the rider look (so cool), was the end of it. And, there you are getting cat calls from a nonna on a walker, talking about the unimportance of 'character'. jk
no, websites and professionals are biased. and those reviews are paid. obviously those reviews are not for customers to decide wether to buy a car/bike or not. those reviews are to generate clicks/readers, and to get ppl to buy the magazine
First ride type video's are useless. Like you said, nearly every bike rides pretty nice in one way or another. But how does it compare in performance and reliability? A first ride won't tell you that. I'll listen to a long term owners video review even if they aren't a pro though, because they've had time to figure out what the bikes quirks are.

I test rode a 2012 CBR600RR and I love it, want to get it. Given that most of your videos, you speak so highly of your 08 cbr600rr and the '12 isn't much of a diff except for abit lower in hp. It's ok right? @cyclecruza
A test ride isn't designed to qualify a bike for dependability, gas mileage or really even it's boundaries of suspension. It's for ergonomics, flick ability, vibrations, switch gear, seat comfort, seat height, weight, acceleration, exhaust note, etc……Only a fool would qualify a bike for dependability and longevity based on a test ride. That is why "long term reviews" are what you go with as well recall statistics etc…plus if you do your homework you know what bikes are a POS if you dig deep enough.
i agree. I test ride simply to see if I'm comfortable on it as i would have all my research done. I normally do a 0-60 run to see how much power im working with and some twists and turns
Don't want to put names out there but some motovloggers don't have a bad thing to say because they think a bad review would put a hold on their future reviewing from their demo dealer...Didn't skip a beat.#holdmybeer#takeaswig#keepumcoming
Yes I agree that you should not buy bikes and stuff only based on a bad test drive. You should do some research and then ALSO do a GOOD test drive. Not meaning that the dude should drive you to some lonely corner where you only drive for a few meters and that's it. Test it *hard*. Listen to what the engine does and if there are some noises, floor the pedal and see how it handles full acceleration and slam down hard on the breaks and stuff and also just see how it rides and behaves in the corners. Don't just creep around in the car / bike like a grandma and assume that it's alright. At the end of the day it's stupid to solely rely on reviews or test rides *alone*. You _need_ the test rides to see how the bike rides and just to see if it suits you. And you _need_ the reviews to see if there are some technical difficulties n stuff coming your way and if it's costly to repair. Relying on one or the other alone just doesn't cut it.
That's the problem, many dealers won't let you take off on a test ride by yourself (some do tho - IF you rep their dealer name in your youtube video and say every bike is awesome). Normally, you have to follow a sales man on his dealer bike like I had to with the Harley Breakout test ride. And screw demo days, that follow the leader crap at legal speed is BS. If you blow by everybody you will get banned from the demo days. I would get banned. lol What's the point of riding the speed limit for a test ride? You cannot gauge how well the bike really performs.
CycleCruza Well honestly in that case I would not even touch the bike and tell them to screw themselves if they don't let me do a test ride like I want to. I would *never* buy a bike if I can't fully and properly test ride it like I want to. And I've told that every dealer that was kind of fishy towards me. Without a proper test ride no single penny will change hands. And usually if they notice that you really have an interest of buying the bike then they'll let you do a test ride. And if not then fuck them, move to another dealer. They probably want to hide some problems from you then anyway.
+CycleCruza ...ain't nobody caring bout no "hot chick"!!! I wanna see u do a test ride on a BMW bike of some sort since u let the cat out the bag and said that BMW allows test rides!!! MHMMM! Imma be waitin' on that vid!! Lol...thx for gr8 vids ALWAYZZ :)
+Josh _ Dude you are fucking slow it makes sense it says in the title that you shouldn't ONLY buy a bike becuz of the testride. And leaving out an A makes easier for a title jeez yo
Good advice CC. Motorcycle.com often do dynos for easier power comparison between bikes: motorcycle.com.vsassets.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/2014-Streetfighter-Smackdown-hp-Dyno.jpg

Hey CC i got a topic for you to talk about next video, a spanish MC News group got some pictures of the new CBR1000RR during a private track test day in Croatia, they were posted by a photographer (dunno how he snook in to take them) i just wanted to get your thoughs on it :D it has the same look as the 250RR we saw in asia, heres the page where the article was posted: www.todocircuito.com/noticias/12453-cazada:-primeras-fotos-reales-honda-cbr-1000-rr-fireblade-2017.html
they basically say honda changed the airbox and ram air system, fuel injection, ABS, Traction controll, added semi active suspensions (like the R1M), an Inertia Sensor (probably to feed the TCS and Suspensions with data of what the bike is doing) and its 8KG lighter than the current model... looking preety good! Cant wait to hear more from honda in october and november!
Has always worked for me too..
I've never had a problem getting a test ride at any dealer. I think the advantage is going during low traffic hours or off season for a test ride. I think it's important. If for nothing else than for vibrations and ergos.
Hey Cycle Cruza!! I'm picking up a new 2015 CRF 250L Friday. Full coverage insurance is just $138 a year. That is not a typo.
Tippytail McKitty. Where did you get your insurance at yow?
The place i went to has a no test riding rule. I told that dealer that another dealership thats 100miles away is willing to let me test ride it but i didnt want to travel out that far but will have to if they dont let me ride b4 buy.
Long story short, they let me test ride and i drove off with a new bike☺
Hopefully after paying for the bike?
@@brad3201 yes lol
Yeah I bought the 2011 one and it was a pile of shit. Lost a turbo at 17000 kms and got a second one and that started playing up as well. Got a Ford ranger instead with better fuel economy and a bigger engine. Research is important I agree with you. I researched my new car for a year before I bought it. Same with my bike I asked

Good points man. It's really easy to name all the good things about a bike based on a test ride only. It takes experience to point out the negative things about it. And of course, personal preference is different for everybody.
That looks like downtown sleeveland

Same shit happens to me when I see a hot chick, LOL!
Tast drive bmw bike please
Just get the bike that wins your heart, we don't even use them correctly anyway
We still have a 93 Nissan hard body working on the farm to this day... Indestructible.
I do a ton of research before a test ride and when I test it myself I focus only on the negatives and if they're are any negatives at all I pass.
I liked you comment on the girl crossing the street. I subscribed.
Are you going to Bikes Blues and BBQ this month CycleCruza? Would make some interesting vlogs!
I'm debating between that and one like yours. thanks
maybe the bmw was restricted for the break in period? just throwin that out there unless they told you they restricted it themselves
BMW does restrict the RPM on new S1000rr bikes and some other bikes for the first few thousand miles. But from my understanding, they keep a restriction on the s1000rr for the demo bikes, probably to prevent some fool from redlining the demo bike to death. lol
nope, you buy it brand new, and its restricted for the firth thousand. mate had one
CycleCruza lmao most likely for the dumbass's. Just thought id throw that out there. Have a good day CC! Love your vids. Ride safe
Fz 09 rider
I had a '96 Nissan Pickup same color.. Best trucks made.... Ever. Still regret selling it.
love your channel keep up the amazing work
that's how I figured out to wait for me to afford a new harley streetglide before I buy it. spot on man
you should have gotten a 1996-2004 Tacoma best small trucks made hands down.
Fox powersports pulled a brand new Honda cb300f off the floor for me to test ride. Had not ridden on the street before that lol
If yall wunna bike with character go buy a 1980s honda cr500 and convert it to a road bike(if two stroke road bikes are legal where you live). That thing will pleasure a girl just idling. Honda stopped making the fuqr because no one could ride the power band. It was to ridiculously hard to handle for anyone who rode it
Good quality vid Cruza; lookn' good.
Best advice in a motovlog I have heard in a long time....
Cycle Cruza take a look at the 2017 Harley Davidson Roadster. Let me know what you think.
What do you think of the Yamaha MT 03 as a starter bike?
I have a 2001 frontier with the v6 best small truck ever
Hey, I love your vlogs!
I was wondering how much I could expect to spend as a first time rider on insurance?
1st off. for example: if you read in a forum that a bike has a certain problem, and there are a few users that have the same problem - remember, there were thousands of bikes made, and you are just a few. and it doesn't make it a global problem for all bikes of that brand and model...
so reading forums and deciding on that is bullshit
cycle cruza can you make a video about buying a motorcycle with clutch and how to use it
EBR 1190RX. May wanna check that out man.
Definitely do an insurance check. Was about to get an FZ 09 till I get an insurance quote and ended up with the 07, $1k less insurance for some reason.
How do you like the bike? I'm looking to buy my first bike.
I like it, i bought a Duke 390 in may which is a great bike too it's just not enough to handle long highway trips like over an hour. so i figured i'd get better deal in fall then spring and i did. I could have just as easily started out with the FZ 07 though.
Because the 07 is a lot slower
well it's not exactly slow, and the XRS900 and the FJ09 are also much cheaper insurance wise and they are essentially the same bike as the FZ09
Haha you were about to roast that old lady, but then she waved!
Im going on my first test rides this weekend.
Carry out research but test ride too before you make up your mind. You need to know how its going to feel sitting in that saddle over all kinds of roads.
how many motorcycles do you currently own
Glad to hear CycleCruza is a Nissan Man.
So cruza what's going to be your next bike ?
don't buy Aprilia toooo high maintenance man I have a 2012 tuono and I blew my motor by aggressive downshifting.... so I had to buy a used motor I've been out of commission since April 13 my bike will be ready Fri.......never ever ever think about buying European anyone out there get Japanese
ouch! sorry to hear! Best of luck to you going forward!
Im in the SF bay area, so good riding conditions all year.
Ill definitely start practicing Y turns, thanks for that tip!
a 4banger truck for hills?
and you honestly expected it to do the job? come on.
Great answer to the question on eruo bikes.
And, there you are getting cat calls from a nonna on a walker, talking about the unimportance of 'character'. jk
no, websites and professionals are biased. and those reviews are paid. obviously those reviews are not for customers to decide wether to buy a car/bike or not. those reviews are to generate clicks/readers, and to get ppl to buy the magazine
hey brother would you recommend flashing the ecu? on a liter bike?
I have a 2000 frontier, with the 3.3L V6. i love that truck, but holy shit that engine gutless just like the 4cylinder

Yep but u still need to do the test ride in order to know how that particular bike is running and responding.... u don’t want to get a lemon.
how would you get a 100 horse power more on your CBR1000RR thank you
i think you'd be surprised how fast a s1krr is limited to 8k rpm
I test rode a 2012 CBR600RR and I love it, want to get it. Given that most of your videos, you speak so highly of your 08 cbr600rr and the '12 isn't much of a diff except for abit lower in hp. It's ok right? @cyclecruza
Anyone give some review on bmw s1000rr, if it's any good
Hey cyclecruza's, do you have any videos on powersliding?
Cellblock Biker4life what's power-sliding?
lol good one cruza i always see ppl commenting about that
A test ride isn't designed to qualify a bike for dependability, gas mileage or really even it's boundaries of suspension.
Cycle when are you doing a test ride?

Shit ton of reviews and sitting on them at the dealership is all I ever went off and it hasn't failed me yet.
2:07 lol, best scene.
Hey CC you should talk to those girls and get a date with them. Chicks like bikes🙌🏼
Don't want to put names out there but some motovloggers don't have a bad thing to say because they think a bad review would put a hold on their future reviewing from their demo dealer...Didn't skip a beat.#holdmybeer#takeaswig#keepumcoming
Good advice.
make top 10 best naked bike for beginners
Yo Cruza, when will you be uploading new motovlogs on the motovlog channel? lol
you should try an Indian scout
Nice video bro!
Did that woman want you to rev the bike?
In-Depth Review > First Impressions
Lol...thx for gr8 vids ALWAYZZ :)
we want a awesome synopsis!!!
Test rode an MT07..... Came back and said "SOLD!" Dont regret it :)
I do test rides when I can just for the pure fun
I'm flipping out over the title not making any sense.
yep
+amanoncrack "Why you should never buy motorcycle based on test ride"? It should be "Why you should never buy A motorcycle based on A test drive!"
+Josh _ Dude you are fucking slow it makes sense it says in the title that you shouldn't ONLY buy a bike becuz of the testride. And leaving out an A makes easier for a title jeez yo
+Casper Lindberg Leaving that A out causes the sentence to make no sense.
+amanoncrack my bad, I meant ride.
Good advice CC. Motorcycle.com often do dynos for easier power comparison between bikes:
motorcycle.com.vsassets.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/2014-Streetfighter-Smackdown-hp-Dyno.jpg
Powerwise, a v-twin is better for the street IMO.
+user2kffs you realkly think so? My v twin sucks at going in the city. of course its older and carburated.
Hey cyclecruza
awesome video and ride buddy
I'm like you I like to over research stuff before buying

Hey CC i got a topic for you to talk about next video, a spanish MC News group got some pictures of the new CBR1000RR during a private track test day in Croatia, they were posted by a photographer (dunno how he snook in to take them) i just wanted to get your thoughs on it :D it has the same look as the 250RR we saw in asia, heres the page where the article was posted: www.todocircuito.com/noticias/12453-cazada:-primeras-fotos-reales-honda-cbr-1000-rr-fireblade-2017.html
Now those pics look legit! Looks Smaller than the outgoing model. Well soon see!
they basically say honda changed the airbox and ram air system, fuel injection, ABS, Traction controll, added semi active suspensions (like the R1M), an Inertia Sensor (probably to feed the TCS and Suspensions with data of what the bike is doing) and its 8KG lighter than the current model... looking preety good! Cant wait to hear more from honda in october and november!
Hey CycleCruza you should try riding a VMax some people say even though it's heavy for handles really well plus it's real fast
