Rick, I'm looking forward to seeing all your projects. Call it whatever you want, I'll be watching. Maybe Rick Renos.
Thanks for watching. I have some ideas of how I want things to shape up, now it is time to pick away at the projects.
Look forward to checking out your progress on the cabin! My name suggestion is- Keeping Rick Busy! Hope you like it! Take care!
A good suggestion for sure. Thanks for watching and look forward to putting out some of these lifestyle/property maintenance videos together.

Rick’s Tricks. Whatever you call it-sounds interesting!
Thanks for the suggestion. Looking forward to sharing the adventure with you.
The Way Life Should Bee! Thanks!
That is pretty cool.
Can’t wait to see this series.👍
Hopefully the summer will cooperate and allow me to get a lot done.
'Le Boonedock Cabin" has a nice ring to it. Would like to see that.
It is a cool property and I believe it has a lot of potential. A fair amount of effort and sweat to get there, but it should be fun.
Rick you’re my favorite
Thanks for watching and commenting.
Count me in for any videos showing off those Kubota attachments!
I will do my best to show them off. Really excited about getting that Baumalite MP348 forestry mulcher attachment working. Should be picking it up in a week or so. baumalight.com/brush-mulchers/en/mp348.php
Love the video, can't wait for the next!
Thanks for watching.
Love your ideas! Im looking forward to watching. I suggest you put “off grid cabin build” or reno. somewhere in the title.
Definitely will have to use some of that for sure as both properties are in off-grid locations.
Cool. Like your bee hives! Interested in your property maintenance videos to come. 🙌👍
I enjoy the bees. They are very interesting creatures.
Missed you videos. Looking forward to more.
A few new properties in the pipeline. Hopefully I can nail those down. If so, they are nice properties.
Nice homestead. I too would like to have one in the Baxter area.
We've been here a bit over 20 years now. Built it up bit by bit over that time. It is still a work in progress.
Homesteading with Rick the Maine Real Estate Guide.
Always lots to do here around the homestead for sure.
Hi! Can't wait to watch your new series. How about "What's up with Rick?"

Around the Property
Very nice! I like it.
Enjoying this and all your videos. As a NH native now living in MO, I get my New England fix.
One note I noticed the last two videos there is a tri color halo effect happening. Just a FYI.
I would love to help on your property, just not in May😉
Thanks for watching. New camera that I am getting used to. It does shoot pretty decent video and I do like the mic better than my RODE mics.
It may be the filter on the lens. I will look into it.
Sounds like fun
Az seemed to be digging it:)To the Chow and Spaniel mix. Did you do a third,a third and a third?:)
The dogs are German Shorthaired Pointers, GSPs. They are a very loving and hard working breed.
Did you have the tires in the tractor loaded? If not, I recommend it. Beet juice seems to work well. I’ve had our families Mahindra in some precarious places over the years, and it’s never tipped, even when there was 2k+ lbs on the front loader. Bent the shit out of the tilt cylinders, but it stayed on the ground. 😅
I have not added beet juice. The new attachment from Baumalite, the Mp-348 Mulcher weighs in at 1050 lbs. I did add front and rear spacers on my hubs to widen the stance of the tractor, and that helped alot.
Looking forward to seeing it in action Rick!

nio ideas what to call it :(
Thanks for watching. If an idea comes to you, check back in and share it with me.
How about Rick d y i
That may be a=a good one. Sometimes you have to DIY.
Hey Rick, Love the videos! Is there a chance you could do a video on building a property in Northern Maine? Stuff like - average costs of permits/well drilling/septic design - townships vs towns and what is allowed - do you need a certain living square footage? Just junk like that....Thanks and Keep up the good work!
Oh I can throw some of that information in dialogue for sure. In general rural Maine is a pretty easy place to do things. We are concerned about water frontage preservation, so shoreland zones need to be honored.
