Not only because you’ll probably use it a lot and it looks cool when done well, but also because the same motions can be used to animate a bunch of other things. Flipaclip is good for animating on mobile, but some of it's features are limited or in beta. Ibis paint x is aswell, but it doesnt have audio import enabled, and Clip Studio Paint (I think) is good, but costs a chunk of money

The program doesn’t matter much since it’s handddrawn, any program that allows that kind of animation will work, I know procreate, FlipaClip and Ibis paint all work on mobile
