I know there were other MGS games that came before and after this, but this was a Master Piece, unexplainable at the time, and never replicated after its time. The spirit, wonder, broading storytelling, imersion all in the power of a PSX at the time of this title's release was one for the ages. Love this game.
I always think of that face you see through the camera in that waterfall with this song. Funny how our minds captivate such things to a degree that sets us back to that time of remembrance.

It never ceases to amaze me that people can't get their head around someone holding a different opinion to themselves. MGS1 is untouchable for me, remains the best in the series.
