Yeah, Wesker is slowly going around parts of the mansion and removing all traces of evidence that he worked with the company for as long as he can until he wants you to find out the truth. More disturbing is depending on how you play and the game; the choices you make when presented with them, can yield a scenario where Jill/Chris find a ''master key" of sorts that allows them to escape the facility. This item alone brings the implication that Wesker was able to make it through every room in the mansion and get rid of any clues or evidence pointing to him all so his master plan wouldn't fail.

Outside of the Dr. Wesker who was head of the project and anyone else involved. Also Wesker helped take down Umbrella. Once he got his hands on the Red Queen computer drive and downloaded all the information that umbrella had collected over the years. He used some of that information against umbrella in court. Which is why Spencer was on the run and hiding in Europe from the United States and Russia ( aftermath of Umbrella Chronicles) which lead to Jill and Chris tracking him down in the DLC Lost in Nightmares set before RE5.
According to the novels (I don't remember if they are still canon) Wesker had no idea about the "problem" that Bravo's helicopter had, and that annoyed him, since they had to go to the mansion less prepared than he had anticipated. And ... Umbrella was not an "evil" company, it was a facade that it's founders used to obtain funds with products that helped people, and thus be able to sustain their hidden business. This is what I've gathered from your info. More than likely a young blonde woman did something to anger Iron and make him snap. Most of the time you can link victims of serial killers to a very specific person/type of people that made them snap. Sometimes it could be a mom, rejected crush, eye candy, etc. My guess is maybe a young crush of his turned him down. So in his eyes he's killing her everytime through those blonde women. Forensics was an interesting class. Lol.
Um... number 4 was incorrect. Albert Wesker was working with the rival company simply known as “The Organization”. He broke into the Russian Facility to steal the UMF013 file and erase the Red Queen. This way he can release dealings from the Umbrella Corporation over to the Supreme Court making Oswell Spencer guilty for all the deaths in Raccoon City and start the manhunt. He also stole key research data to recreate some of the BOWs that we see in later games. He didn’t help Umbrella. He took them down.
Regarding the Bravo crash, you could argue Rebecca, seriously, well maybe not. She says in the OG she serviced the helicopter recently so had access to the helicopter, she knew to wear a bullet proof vest which didn't seem standard procedure as no one else seemed to have worn one, she doesn't tell anyone from Alpha Team about events of RE0 (okay RE0 was a prequel though up afterwards so fair enough but still), in RE0 you literally have Rebecca as a Wesker agent as a NG+ mode, oh and depending on your choices she somehow knows how to set up a triggering system for a bomb to the mansion and I believe as a bit of trivia I heard Rebecca's VA did the computer voice in the OG. This is a girl who is what 17? Just joined the STARS bravo team a month before as a medic with knowledge of herbs etc and yet in that month she had training on the above mentioned or knew it before she joined? Hmm nah it was probably Wesker but the case above is compelling albeit in a funny way.

He wasn't even creepy with Claire even though he flirted a little.
