Ep 31: Single-handed Intra Coastal Waterway Charleston to Norfolk

From Charleston, South Carolina I drive one-handed further north to Norfolk, Virginia. Being behind the wheel one-handed all the time is different than driving with two people when you can be relieved from time to time. I experience the beautiful scenery of the Waccamaw River, visit Morehead City, Belhaven and Coinjock and cruise through the Alligator River, Neuse River, Albemarle Sound and North River. The Intra Coastal Waterway shows its idyllic side with nice little marinas.

Thanks Martin for this great video. Luckily you have been able to grab your data storage when escaping from Jambo, allowing you to edit these videos.
BTW your B&G depth sensor with forward view capability has not detected anything when you had your accident?

Thank you very much! The forward scan is not in operation during ocean sailing as the alarm would go on too often because of fishes, sharks etc. Best regards 😀⛵⛵
