Thank you SO MUCH! I always wondered what the other flowmeter was for, but now it makes so much sense that it's for the analyzer. Very in-depth and educational!

Thanks for the feedback, Melissa! We're moving to a new channel in July. We will be making a lot more videos for all members of the NICU team and our NICU families. Let us know if there are specific skills videos that you are interested in. Have a great summer!

NICUtraineeportal All the different types of vents and the basics about them that nurses need to know would be great. Also admission process steps and just everything! :) I recently started in a NICU but I felt I had no organized way to learn & found very little material online. My preceptor was a good nurse but I didn't feel she was a thorough teacher, which added to me already feeling nervous :(. I ended up quitting due to that & personal issues at the time but if I would've had an organized way to learn so much info I could've done great. Videos are great! Thanks! :)

      Sorry to hear that.
Those are all great suggestions. The admission process tends to be NICU specific.......so may be more challenging to make. I'll let you know when the new channel is up and running.

Not sure your analyzer is doing it's job, it should be inline with your pressure relief device. This will then monitor all FiO2 going towards patient.

agbuilding1 The device was not attached to a patient. We set up the apparatus in our office just to demonstrate the technique.
