If I read the instruction correctly it probably would have explained that to me. Unfortunately, typical man, not reading instructions. Lol Thanks for the info @scotthunter1639
@SullysRodskustoms. please don't take what I said the wrong way mate.. I was meaning in my experience with them sorry mate.. Love your content always great 👍 👌
All good, I understood what you meant @scotthunter1639. I was just messing around mate, my misses always tells me to read the instruction, I never do. I get it right most of the time. Other times. I should have just read the instructions like she said. Lol
@@mansfieldlam309 thanks for watching. I like that it's adjustable just by pressing a button. No changing sensors to change the engine running temperature.
What amperage relay? Is it needed? The temperature sensor has 2 wires. .when you said cut...no polarity? Do you like the probe for the radiator fins? Nice
Yes, as it operates separately from the a/c switch. This has its own sensor, either in block sensor or through the radiator fins sensor. Obviously the in block sensor is more accurate as its actual engine temperature.
Not if you connect it to a switched ignition source. If you choose to have it stay on after the ignition is off. Then you can connect direct to battery. The thermostat in the unit will turn off the fans when it reaches the set point you set up.
@@ari1234. 12AWG or 2.7mm wire including insulation. Capable of 40a max load and 30a running current. But this is dependant on your fan size. Smaller fan can be smaller wire. This info is for a large thermo. I have 2 medium size fans and I preffer the wire size is on the bigger size. Hope this helps and thanks for watching
The Davis Craig thermo switch works brilliantly used them a few times now..
Pretty sure you can set them up with an override bypass switch..

@SullysRodskustoms. haha, I'm a diesel mechanic by trade. Very rarely, I read the instructions..lol
Good installation Demonstration, thanks
Thanks, they really are simple to install. They work great too.

Thanks bub appreciate the answers
It's a really simple set up, the instructions are really good for a variations of how people want it set up to suit their configuration.

@@ari1234. they have twin 40amp relays on them.
@@ari1234. the breaker is for the power steering pump, 50 amp.
What amperage circuit breaker?
Can this work if my ac compressor have a leak and no ac at the moment?
Yes, as it operates separately from the a/c switch. This has its own sensor, either in block sensor or through the radiator fins sensor. Obviously the in block sensor is more accurate as its actual engine temperature.
Does the switch stay on even when car off? Mines staying on even when I turn off my car
Not if you connect it to a switched ignition source.

What gauge wire
