Using compressed air will push dirt, lint, and dust into places where it will be hard to remove. Never use compressed air on or in your sewing machine (it is not all compressed air). I bought the special tiny attachments that fit on my Shop Vac to help me vacuum my sewing machines inside and out. I do not clean my sewing machines plugged in; because, all the manuals tell me to never do so. I never hurry through any cleaning, oiling, and lubing jobs. I do set up extra lights to make sure I can see well. Don't forget to brush the metal teeth on your feed dogs; and, loosen and brush lint, dist, and dirt out of your sewing machines thread tension disks.
you need one of those shorty screwdrivers - looks like a regular screwdriver caught in a hot wash! It's the only one that fits under the business part of this machine, same one I have ;) great channel, thanks!
Hi there and thank you for sharing your knowledge....most helpful! Any light on the internal scissors? My threads keep getting stuck there and I'm afraid I may have caused some damage. Thanks.
Have you tries cleaning out the area? as there is usually a lot of thread build up, just unscrew and clean, and just make sure that the cutting or scissors blade is not bent or lifted it should be level if that fails then it needs servicing. hope it workout do let me know.
