I have three children, 2 are special needs so my problems were on the back burner, until they just couldn’t be anymore. My health took a tumble and I’m seeing specialist as well. I also haven't been to the doctor in over 5yrs. I had my daughter on Jan 13 2019 & haven't been to the doctor since my 6wk postpartum check up. This is kinda motivating me to go get a check up. I literally don't even have a pcp anymore. I called like a year ago to make an apt &they said I was no longer a patient anymore since it has been too long. And they weren't accepting new patients so I kinda just gave up. But we gotta take care of ourselves to take care of our Littles

I also gave up after being told so many times they aren’t accepting new patients anywhere it felt like. I was having so many random issues I couldn’t handle it anymore. when i was 10 my mom also had some health issues and ended up being diagnosed with MS and was hospitalized for a week. Because she soldiered on it was all ok for me. i was scared but because she stayed strong i did too. she is also a single mom and i am so grateful. Stress on the body for anyone doesn't work well. Many people *think* they can get by normally, push through, survive and function normally on 4 hours of sleep. Etc, etc. Its a joke. Its great that you know your tolerance levels and set boundaries. Ive gotten a lot better in the past 5 years with this. I never fill my plate too high. Keep it up ! ❤
