When you get a criminal record and try to apply for a trucking job, good luck getting one. Guilbault is a criminal and not only became a member of parliament but makes more money than a few truckers put together make a year. Guilbault SHOULD not be allowed to continue. The review process is not looking at conflict and corruption in the call for proposal and terms but rather set up to review each contribution agreement which are tailored to each project. Why wld employees need to sign NDAs unless there is a whole lot of corruption and conflict of interest involved. This miss Morgan is very well versed in avoiding truthful responses.
