In my opinion at least two O ring gaskets needs to go inside the top steel connector
I used to have head bath with filtered drinking water, Is this (CLEO tap filter) a better option then using RO/UV filtered water baring the convenience that it has?

Not very sure about the acne issues but yes it does resolve the hardness of water and also will help you protect your hairs
I am using this since a month, I used to get limestone water. Every time after bath my hands used to look white with the white lime. after using this product all the I don't see the whiteness on my hands and the skin has improved a lot.

It did helped to certain extent but for 5-6 months after that it is of no use

Usually after 6 months, maybe earlier if many people are using- But the life of cartridge is 6 months/25000 litres

Sir i am a teenager and i am living in an area with extremely hard water...since i live in a hostel i can't use this softener in a tap as it is used by all....so i am planning to buy it and filter the water by pouring water in the softener by a mug and storing it in a bucket....will it be possible?

If you have all the patience you can do it, I have a better option when you are going to take bath just connect it using a pipe and remove once done. Cheers

Hemant Singh Hemant ji you have to use this product you need to just check the circumference of the pipe and please order it from amazon if it does not fit then return it but the only thing is the tap should have ring in the inside so that it can fit in

No.. mine same problem... Jaguar tap didn't fit..

What you did with the original aerator, you added teflon top at the bottom but didn't fix aerator back?
The aerator is not fixing back to the filter's bottom..
